Not sure what changed (I partially parted ways) over the year but this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had (I’ve tried most pizza in the area). The staff was nice, everyone was following safety procedures, and the food was fresh and delicious - it could keep up with the others near by. I ordered a Hand Tossed (Hut crust) TasteMaker. Called after 45 minutes to inquire about my order the girl who answered was very rude! Insisted I needed to wait 45-50 minutes, I asked is that on top of the 45 minutes I waited? She claimed I needed to just wait! When I asked for a refund all of the sudden my pizza was out for delivery. It came cold and unsealed very unhappy considering your company charges $10 in delivery services.
