“I ordered the beef ramen... hands down best beef ramen I've had. The beef was marinated perfectly and the egg was pretty much a flavor bomb I was totally not expecting (delicious). The broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked and the noodles were just right too. If I could have asked for anything more it'd have been a larger order! The portion size was actually adequate, i left content, I'm just a glutton for good noodles. The staff were friendly and attentive and the place appeared to be well kept. It could benefit from a little music, but i was content with people watching in a not creepy kind of way.Parking was okay at about 6pm, the meters turn off at that time and there's not much going on in that area on a Wednesday night either.Parking: Parking was okay at about 6pm, the meters turn off at that time and there's not much going on in that area on a Wednesday night either.“
“We came here after a long day at the amusement park and Jennifer was amazing! She helped us with an off menu item for our young child. She brought us extra edamame for the wait and extra utensils to make things easier. The ramen and sushi were delicious. We would definitely recommend this place for you.“
“This was our first time coming here and Peter is the best! He helped my boyfriend and I figure out how to eat the hot pot correctly. It was so good! There is a bar where you get all your toppings and already made sushi then bring it back and cook your food in the hot broth! I am definitely coming back again! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves good Asian food. Good experience and great staff!“
“Susuru holds a special place in my heart. I’ve tried a number of items on their menus and everything is ???. I can’t stress enough about how good this ramen is. I’ve only known about Susuru for a month or so but have eaten here over 8 times. All of the broths are rich and authentic. The Thai coconut curry ramen is mind blowing and a generous serving. My go tos are the Miso and Tonkatsu. Add spice for extra flavor. I brought my coworkers here and everyone’s bowls were finished down to the last drop of broth. Easily one of the best ramens shops in LA. It’s got a great mom and pop atmosphere. Food comes out quick. What else can I say, I’m in love with Susuru. Anytime I want ramen in the future, I’m going to come here. Just thinking of it makes my mouth water. ?“
“Japanese ramen chain in the Century City Mall. Came here for dinner with a friend and had no reservation, but we were able to get seated immediately. Credit cards accepted. You pick out your customized ramen via a piece of paper and you can also opt for appetizers. A vegetarian option is available. We got edamame to split and I opted for the red king, which had a good amount of spice. Compared to the Manila location, the portions were on the smaller side, but we still left satisfied. You can customize the spice level, noodle type, and the toppings. Service was a bit rushed but still friendly. Overall, it’s a good spot to have a meal on a cold night.“
“Make a reservation if you go here! We came on a Saturday afternoon and even though there were tables open they asked us if we had a reservation & when we said no they made us wait which threw us off a little! That being said, it's a gorgeous location and the ramen is amazing. The broth is absolutely divine & love that they gave an abundance of toppings. I will be back!“
“The place itself is tiny, but the service is impressive! The owner himself greeted us and answered questions about the menu, then gave us samples. Ended up getting the Hawaiian Poke combo with 1/2 cucumber and seaweed salad, and a ginger ale. My favorite thing off the menu is hands down the seaweed salad. The poke was good, I think that because it’s intended to be a new take on poke itself, I was a little disappointed. I just happen to love the typical assembly line style of poke where you get to pick everything you want, and that wasn’t an option here, so I felt like there was something missing. It’s really just about personal preferences, but if you really like poke & want to try something different, then I would recommend it!Side note: I didn’t try the ramen, but the entire restaurant smelled strongly of broth and butter noodles, (in a good way) so I would be curious to try their ramen next.“
“Sweet little takeout soot with pleasing mod interior design & thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the two vegan options and they each had very distinct flavor profiles, the spicy one being quite hot by default but still delicious. Really nice service and kind people. Highly recommend!“
“Very pleasant little place. Portions were not as big as some places, and the prices reflect. This is a good thing. The Kale noodles were really good. I was not expecting that. I veered from my usual pork based broth to a chicken and maybe that wasn’t the best idea but over all I was very “
“We just ate here this evening and the place doesnt disappoint. Its a tiny shop in a strip mall and the interior just feels so welcoming. The service tonight was pretty great, even with 3 kids, we felt so welcomed. Its hard to navigate with kids in small spaces but the food, the service and the space just felt very lively. The kids loved the fried chicken and the spicy ramen was fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Really kind and friendly. The kids loved our server, she was the best.“
