This is our near daily breakfast spot when we are in LA and we love it. If you arrive during peak hours, there will be a line, but it goes really quick. You order your food at the counter, pay at the register, and a server helps take your food with. The pancakes is why we keep returning, it is just really, really good breakfast. The fact that they have bold, rich coffee is a definite bonus and the mimosas are also great. REALLY wish we had this place near home.
We visit this location often and the food is absolutely delicious our family & friends also love this restaurant. The management is fantastic and the servers are excellent, Jose has been a great!! And his attention to knowing what we like each week has been also fantastic!! We highly recommend the pancake factory.......

Food so so. Just too greasy and not fresh tasting. The hash brown potatoes was hard and greasy. The ?? were overcooked and greasy. The ? were heavy. The ? were hard. Since covid-19, the food have taken a nose dive. However, the service is above average.Will have to find another breakfast spot.
