“I will be honest we havent had good experiences with Panera Bread but this location was decent and there was this great worker by the name of Jessica who was so courteous and helpful she gave our daughter a cookie for her birthday. In regards to location its spacious and pretty clean. The food is ok but I appreciate this location allowing us to stay dry out the rain for a few hours and truly rest as business owners who travel everyday! Thanks Panera.“
“Its a Russian roulette depending on who made your food really but 1) it's students making food 2) they hand a you small plate of usually good food for a reasonable price 3) it's better than most of the food options on canvas. I've had the whitefish (to die for) caprese sandwich (yummy) and most recently the steak (would not reccomend) in all pretty decent I would say.“
“This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific. But once you have eaten here, boy oh boy is it hard to forget!I come here about once every other week when I'm on a regular work schedule. Became hooked immediately with their unique bahn mi sandwiches and their pate chaud. Now I'm completely obsessed with their plant-based shrimp spring rolls and their grilled pork bun bowl. That bowl is the perfect balance of light and filling, flavorful and refreshing. It is one of my lunch go-to options. And the plant-based shrimp rolls are AMAZING. Obviously I'm not vegan, but this is an item that I enjoy so much despite it all.I have yet to try their pho. Maybe one of these days. They do have seating inside, but no restroom. Also, parking lot is small and shared, so I avoid coming during peak lunch hours, usually after 1 to pick up my food, and I've had no issues.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, flavorful too!Parking: Parking lot is pretty small and shared with a pharmacy, laundromat and discount store.“
“4++ great neighborhood coffee shop that has fun, chill vibes, and enthusiastic service. There's fun decor inside and looks like a place where people can hang out or get some reading and/or work done. I only got an Americano or drip from here (with added cream), so I can't really speak to the food items or any of the more complex, possibly more sugary drinks here. It looks like they roast their own beans here as well. I had a lot of coffee at home at the time of my visit, so I didn't buy a bag. I might have to come back and grab one. Parking was easy to find. There's a lot on the side of the building. If the lot is full, I'm pretty sure you could find street parking close by.“
“AMAZING FOOD! Love that it is non alcoholic as it definitely invites a positive crowd. Very lowkey neighborhood as well. Service was quick and snappy. My friend did not like her original order but they exchanged it for something else on the menu with no issues. Will be returning often as a resident of signal hill“
“#UbuntuCafe is located in the #BelmontHeights community of #LongBeach #90814. It is well known to all the locals as “The Greatest Neighborhood Cafe”. #RTR knows it as a great place to come enjoy delicious food & enjoy the weather in the outdoor open setting. I always order the chicken bowl! Yummy Yummy~ See you here!“
“The food and service at the new location are just as wonderful as the original location. I look forward to more of my favorite dishes coming over. For now, I am enjoying trying new dishes and the lunch specials are a great deal. The team members are extremely friendly/inviting, and I always enjoy their recommendations.“
“Kyoto cold brew is a favorite of mine. Slow-drip Cold Brew takes 14-16 hours for ice-water to drip down and create this coffee. The invigorating ambiance of this Rabbit and Bean Coffee Bar is perfect for someone who prefers the peace and quiet. Love this café“
“It was busy at the store today. Donna wasn't there today to help me at the self check out register. She is patient with me, and helps when ever she is able. Thankfully, i only had 3 items. Whew! No matter how busy, she always welcomes me with a smile.“
“I’m from Washington, so I’m a bit of a coffee snob. This place met and exceeded expectations. Iced Americano is classic perfect signature, strength, espresso taste. The violet caramel mocha is extremely smooth and subtle flavors. Well worth the risk to try one of the signature items. Extremely clean and inviting environment.“
“My favorite place to get egg coffee outside of saigon or hanoi! Better than even some places in vietnam actually. The owner is super duper sweet and helpful. Every drink we have ever gotten here was excellent. The place is in the middle of kind of a drab shopping mall. So its hard to imagine such a gem can be found here. But give it a try. So so good.“
“I ordered the chicken fried steak and it tastes was savory, fresh and crispy. The gravy was smooth, creamy and not so salty. The service is very responsive and respectful however this place does get packed so expect a wait time. Ambiance feels like a hole in the wall type dinner as the location is in between many other shops in a shopping area. Well worth the wait.“
“My parents have visited in the past and told me that whenever I’m in L.A. to check out Porto’s. Well, I came down from Vegas for the day and as I was getting ready to head back I made sure to stop by the store in Buena Park to pick up some goodies as I was coming from Huntington Beach.I picked up a selection of savory and sweet items to try out. As I am half Cuban I remember eating the same items as my grandmother made and sure enough the items I picked out had spot on flavor. Next time I’m back in Southern California I am going to purchase even more to bring back. The price per item is really inexpensive as well. The bakery inside is large with plenty of seating. They have 2 counters to order from as well as a side cafe.“
“Drove 45 mins to try this place. When I saw the ube in the menu,, felt the urge to try it. The ube iced latte and ube waffles were delicious and I wouldn't mind returning to order them all over again. Though I love avocado toasts, this had chorizo that tasted so strong. It was overpowering. For me, it was not a good combination. Ample parking. It didn't take 5 mins for us to get seated. Staff were attentive. I might return to try other items in the menu.“
“What a hidden gem! Ample parking and a beautiful space. Who would've known there's a great spot in this business area? Service was awesome! And everyone was very friendlThe drink menu was so diverse and they even have large batch cocktails to go. The food menu has something for everyone. I liked that there was breakfast and pastries along with lunch items. We got two bloody Mary's, a cold brew, salad, soup, burger and sandwich. Which came out to about $80ish before tips. Everything was so good! I want to go back to try more.“
“The wife and I went in there on a whim after seeing this on Instagram. We each had a drink. She had the peach black tea and I had the strawberry green tea, the drinks were very refreshing, well-made and fresh. I was impressed with their drink, so I ordered the Blue lemonade- Amazing refreshing, sparkling drink. The bahnmi mini breadsticks were good. We will definitely stop by again soon. Thank you-we love your space and your drinks!“
“Delicious cheesecakes.I've been there twice. We've tried Cookies & Cream and pecan with chocolate sauce. It's advertised as caramel. However, it's dark and doesn't taste like caramel.I scrape it off and use my own syrup. That's my only gripe about that particular cheesecake.I would recommend people try them.**I would also love for them to have more flavors available.“
“I came here on a Thursday so it wasn't too crowded. Stopped by before heading to the AngelCity Market. I tried the Yuzu Jasmine Lemonade, Cheese & Spicy Peppers Potato Ball and the Chicken Torta. All very delicious!Parking: The parking structure is behind Portos and it's good for 2hr parking as long as you're a customer.“
“Extremely good every time we've gone. The things I've tried have all been a bit too salty and/or sugary for my taste which I don't love, but the meals are all super interesting and incredible quality. Very pleasant atmosphere, even with the extensive wait times because of how small it is.“
“Parking: Parking is either a hit or miss. There’s free street parking. Careful parking in some street spots as they have restricted times.Ambiance/Environment: You’ll notice they are always busy. Constant customers walking in. It’s very spacious inside with enough seating for large groups, doubles, and singles.Service: Don’t be intimidated by the long line. Their throughput is quick and efficient! We ordered two drinks and waited under 3 minutes. Baristas are very knowledgeable about their drinks. What made this a unique experience for us was their reversed operations. The usual coffee operation is ordering with the cashier and paying at the register prior to retrieving your order from the barista. At Phin Smith, you actually place your order with the barista at the bar, try out your drink first, and if you’re satisfied with your order, then you pay at the register in the end. If you’re not satisfied with your order, let the barista know so they can remake your order until you are satisfied. Genius!Drinks:1) Seoul Latte (seasonal) - Made up of three layers. The bottom layer is your choice of milk, the middle layer is the Phin dripped coffee, and the top layer is house made foam. So delicious! Not too sweet at all! It is definitely a taste of Korea. 8/102) Peanut Butter Coffee - I heard this was one of their popular drinks, so I had to try this for myself. I looove peanut butter, and I love coffee. Why not get the best of both worlds? The peanut butter wasn’t too overpowering; not too sweet either. Tasted well with their Phin dripped coffee. 8/10Pricing: Prices are $$ average and fair. We ordered two large drinks, and the total came out to $13.05 after taxes.“
“A friend of mine introduced me to this place. He went on a couple of vacations to Italy, Greece, France, and a few other places and in the process came back with a far better appreciation for espresso.Hands down, his favorite place when he's in town for a simple espresso is this place. He says there's no competition. My palette isn't nearly as discerning as his, and I normally don't take espresso straight up, some taking his word on it.Whenever we come here I always ask the barista which is her favorite drink. A lot of them are seasonal and change regularly. They also have plenty of milk alternatives for people like me with a little bit of milk sensitivity.I've never had a bad drink here, never had a bad experience, the place is clean, the service is pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable, and it's easy to waste an hour or two. Just chatting and enjoying yourself here.“
“"RightExperience" I was visiting LB and made RightMealz my choice three times in three days. I even got to meet the owner Chris. In principle it's a simple business, but the execution and food was just perfect. The staff is friendly - even the coffee is superb. Long Beach is lucky to have them!“
“Great coffee shop, good coffee. I got a pour over of their Kenyan blend. Was very good. Will return to try their other drinks. Few seating options but given the size of the space, it's understandable. The staff was very friendly as well.“
“Great place to study and good food/drinks. The hot chocolate was superb and the even have a cute little loft upstairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no automatic door buttons for bathroom/entry. But the side door is wide open and the bathroom is huge.“
“After losing our beloved cat Bella in April of this year, our family was ready to adopt a new kitten(or two) but felt a bit apprehensive as to how to find a reputable rescue. We heard about Catmosphere, and after seeing the adorable kitties on their website, submitted the online adoption application. Sooo happy we did! Gail contacted me right away, and told us about two tuxedo kittens ready for their new home. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Gail was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable about the kittens, set up our meeting with the kitties and it was love at first site! I was so impressed with how well-cared for and well-behaved these kittens were! All of the initial kitten exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter were all taken care of, making it so easy to transition them into our home. Our new kitties have adjusted very well to our home and we are just in love with them both! This has been by far the best cat adoption process we've ever experienced, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to bring a new kitty or two into their family do so via Catmosphere Laguna Foundation. Purrfect!!!“
“We discovered this place upon leaving another restaurant due to lack of parking on a street sweeping day. We drove around and gave this place a try. It’s a humble location but once we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised with the service. The servers were very nice. Coffee was smooth and food was even tastier. We went for the Mexican Breakfast menu and it was a whole lot of food. Servers were friendly. We will go back again.“
“Get the Strawberry Princess and Strawberry Overload and have yourself a strawberry feast. The Strawberry Princess is a delicious moist sponge cake topped with real strawberry purée and cheese foam. It's so good. The strawberry overload is a mixture of teas with strawberry purée and it is so yummy. The staff is so friendly and the service was amazing.“
“I tried their lox bagel today, and it was so satisfying. They do not skimp on the cream cheese, the lox, or the caper. All the ingredients tasted fresh and fragrant. Service was friendly and attentive, even though it's just counter service. Hours after I finished my bagel sandwich, my stomach is still thanking me.“
“Amazing Bingsoo! I've been dying to try this place and it did not disappoint! The owner was very sweet and cheerful! The bingsoo itself *chefs kiss* this has to be one of my new favorite dessert places! Please come try this, you won't regret it! Also side note, the actual location is inside of the market just go inside and you'll find it!“
“This is a perfect reason why i love Yelp so much. When searching for an avocado toast brings you to a community Gem. Shout out to the person who helped us in front. Happy 9-year anniversary!!!Located a couple blocks up from Pacific Street in HP on state.Parking: has a very spacious parking lot and free parking.Inside: inside is small but very beautifully decorated. All seats and tables are located outside.Service: It's over counter service, so you order first, then you take a. Seat. The person af register was nice and helpful.Food: My spouse and I shared a couple of things; we got an avocado with scrambled egg. It was served with pico de gallo on top. Never had that on a toast 10/10 i had the spinach egg sandwich but loadeed with bacon and avo 10/10. Got matxha latte ice and mex latte ice 9/10 had their homemade coffee cake. Recommend to get it warm 10/10. Oatmeal was ok, to be honest. Oats weren't quite ready, and milk was luke warm. 8/10. But it didn't matter because everything else was amazingPrice: if you read my post, you know i love a deal. We got all this unbder $50 with tip included. We notice they have lunch option as well. Will definitely be returning for that“
“If you're looking for a little greenery with your caffeine then this spot is for you! It's a tight cozy space but lots of plants everywhere and an area in the back with a skylight. Outside the shop is also plenty of seating, it's a nice street with shopping and there are often additional vendors on the weekends. They have your usual basic drinks but some creative drinks as well including an espresso tonic and a cold brew palmer. I noticed they also have some additional flavors depending on the month. I ordered a maple latte with an extra shot and I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a quad shot instead of 3 shots. Although the drink was a little too hot at first it was still good. I would definitely go back to try some other menu items.“
“I would rate 6 stars if possible they go above n beyond to make me feel comfortable asking me if i needed wifi for my work since they noticed i had may laptop when i was working from the cafe , food amazing and the atmosphere was great and cozy would 100% recommend for any locals ?“
“Somehow the best coffee I've ever had, every time! I'm not even sure what flavoring or espresso they use to make their drinks but it's something I'm chasing at every other coffee shop. Their sandwiches are also delicious :D family owned, everyone is great to chat with. I wish I could come here more often.“
“There was no line when we came, so we got the teas very quickly. The woman at the cashier was very friendly and communicable. She was very eager to tell us about all of the various teas the place has to offer, and we even tried some new and unusual teas. The menu is very extensive, and teas we tried were absolutely delicious.“
“Went in for early Easter breakfast, very cute local spot. The food was delicious and the price was very affordable. I ordered the breakfast burrito was very yummy. The service was very quick and the servers checked up us on a lot. They kept asking us if we needed anything or if we needed coffee / water refills.“
“We stopped here for coffee and dessert, the place is a bit old and needs to be cleaned and dusted, in general the restaurant is cozy, there are only three tables inside but more seating is available outside, but if you stay outside be prepared to smell smoking or weed from people passing by. We ordered Expresso and sweet bread, the coffee was really good and the bread was okay, not really amazing, lots of pictures on the wall from famous people, specially Jeni Rivera, but this area is dirty and definitely should be cleaned. The restroom is clean and lots of free parking is available.“
“The bacon avocado toast was the best I've ever had and I try them all! It's huge and full of fun extras! The bacon was perfectly cooked and plenty of it. To top it all the service and lattes were just as top notch! I'll be back!“
“if you're in downtown long beach and want a quick breakfast and a hot coffee or tea to go with it, this is the place ...and you won't pay ridiculous trendy prices for fashionable- people palces .this is just a good, proper old fashioned sandwich - drinks- shop with a really relaxing interior ...why go to a chain coffeehouse or a sketchy donut shop when you can come here ?..and parking spots aren't a problem .or you can walk .“
“I've been coming to Almond Haus throughout the years and love this spot! I just started coming back more frequently for their Almond Milk tea It's the same consistent taste every time I've ordered it.I want to take the time to shoutout Duyen! Today was my first time having her be my cashier. Duyen made sure to take the time to show that she was genuinely excited to be serving these drinks to the customers So thankful to have run into her this time around. She made the experience so much better by just being interactive and engaging with customers even if it's just for a moment. I pulled my phone out while I was waiting for my drinks to write this review!! I already had a reason to come here because of their Almond milk tea but Duyen just sealed the deal just by being herself. Now off to drink both of my almond milk teas!! (it's good get it)“
“American breakfast/lunch restaurant in Cypress, on Lincoln and Moody, right across the IHOP. Clearly, way better than the latter... Fairly packed at around noon, especially on weekends (come earlier or later, it's open until 1:30 PM). The food is quite good. Maybe not spectacular, but still better than average. I had the California Chicken Sandwich, which comes with bacon, avocado slices, and iceberg lettuce. Everything was fresh and tasty. I would have preferred a plumper chicken breast (the kind "Paul's" serves on Cerritos and Knotts) instead of more smashed meat, but that's down to personal preference. My wife had the breakfast burrito, and it was quite good.“
“I went for some mole chilaquiles and they were super delicious. Reminded me of my Mama Lolitas mole. She made the best in Boyle Heights...memories of my mom when she was here on earth. Now, i know where i can find a bit of my mom's spirit. Thank you and Blessings to this heavenly spot. Great food. Loved it and will go back again.“
“Stopped by for breakfast before heading to the airport. Service from the Asian lady was much better than the white female lady.Food:Fruit BowlPopeye OmeletBiscuits & GravyThe Popeye Omelet was good and plentiful. I truly enjoyed the Biscuits & Gravy. It was delcious.I'd return again“
“This place is adorable! It's very small but we went during the day, so it moved rather quickly. Everything was pink and decorated really cute. Totally Instagram worthy. The parking sucks. But I guess that's anywhere in LA. But the restaurant is decorated so cute. Perfect spot for a brunch. We order the tacos and they were delicious. We also got the chips and salsa the sauces very flavorful. A little spicy, but nowhere near as spicy as the red and green sauce for the tacos. Ohhh those are hot lol. The service was great. He was very helpful. And he got our order to go rather quickly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the LA area. Perfect for the foodie in your life!“
“By @asiandumplingsmugglerNestled in a quiet corner off Magnolia in Anaheim, I stumbled upon a hidden breakfast haven – Atticus Cafe. The chilaquiles with steak and red sauce redefine the dish; a champion’s breakfast that demands a pilgrimage to this unassuming spot. Traditionally, I’ve never conquered a full plate of chilequiles elsewhere – the allure waning after a chip or two. At Atticus, I found myself devouring the entire plate, yearning for more.A side journey into small pancakes reveals a marvel of texture – akin to mochi, light, yet full bodied and satisfying. Atticus, continues to astound me with each bite. Then enter the hot olla coffee – a masterpiece weaving flavors seamlessly. What were already good dishes ascend to a symphony of culinary fireworks. Atticus, an unassuming find delivering an overaall delicious experience. @atticuscafe_brunch @finchatticus30 #brunch #breakfast“
“This Cafe was very good, the staff were extremely friendly, and the inside is more spacious than it looks on the outside. If you love hot sauce this place not only offers a variety of popular hot sauces at the table but they also have salsa habanero and medium if you ask for it. I tried their Habanero salsa and it was very tasty! I also tried their country fried steak and eggs with cheese a top my eggs and the salsa ready complimented this dish. 10/10 would recommend this cafe!“
“came here on a saturday & it was exceptional !it's small but wasn't too busy, which worked out ! Everyone is really friendly, and the pastries were delicious.I got a Honey Oat Latte price of $6it had a perfect balance of sweet & strong ! 10/10my friend ordered a Burnt Carmel Latteprice of $5.50tried it and it was good ! Probably a little bit stronger but still good !Don't know the pastry names, but they were phenomenal 10000/10the vibe is everything !Coming back for sure ! ♡“
“NO BREAKFASTShowed up for breakfast sandwiches & the menu changed, they did not have breakfast options. This was the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.I ordered the lavender oat latte without sweet foam & the farmers market sandwich. The latte was the perfect sweetness & the sandwich had super fresh ingredients & warm focaccia. It was almost $50 for 2 lattes & 2 sandwiches but the ambiance was great. Very clean with lots of natural light & roomy tables. A great place to get some work done.“
“Absolutely the best cafe de olla I've EVER had so far!Atole de nuez with half the sugar was perfect! The coco atole was also delicious! Waffles, mini pancakes, and Nutella crepes were amazing. Not at as sweet as I thought. Just the right touch of sweet! Definitely coming back to try the chilaquiles! Definitely a place you must try!“
“From the first visit, Civitas has been our favorite ever since! Whenever we are out of town and try another coffee shop we always compare that coffee shop to Civitas. "Is it as good as Civitas?" The answer is very rarely a "yes". Our regular order is an unsweetened iced oat milk latte! And I would like to say that it doesn't give us "that first sip feeling", it gives us "that every sip feeling"! Wonderful baristas, delicious coffee, and reasonable prices! :)“
“Besteas Boba is pretty good, and they often have good deals. They have a large selection of options. Just be aware that many flavors can taste very artificial, so if you’re not into that it may not be the spot for you! The owners are very nice!“
