Colossus. Can you use that in a sentence? Yes The food at Colossus was dope. Let's start with the twice baked almond croissant. The twice baking creates a super crunchy outside with a delish soft almond center. Pan con Tomate has the people at the table fighting over the last bite.
I went exclusively to get semla on February 13th and Colossus did not disappoint one bit! Not only did I get to satisfy my Swedish sweet tooth but had the opportunity to try out their coffee, and both were DELICIOUS! I sat outside in the morning to watch the sun rise and eat my semla with a cardamon latte and it was nothing but comfort! Thank you so much to the staff of Colossus! Never stop being awesome!
