Tea at 202 offers a superb experience with its reservation-only seating in a charming Victorian home. The impeccable decor, delightful tea, and pastries create a memorable ambiance. The owner's friendly tour adds a personal touch, making customer interaction truly exceptional. This place is amazing! Wonderful food amazing tea! So Accommodating to everyone. We came in with 8 children and 3 adults the lady's were so understanding and sweet! I can't wait to go again!

Wonderful experience. Terrific service and very friendly. Will go again. Was able to stroll around the old home and take in the atmosphere. Food and service was better than the Empress Hotel in Victoria, Canada. Will be pleased you went and it's in Oakdale
