The service is great and the ramen is decent. The ultra spicy ramen is not that spicy so that was a bummer. They did give additional spice powder and chili oil but it doesn’t really complement the broth. Overall it’s a nice ramen place.
Hakata style ramen noodles. That's an area in the Fukuoka prefecture of southern Japan where they are known for their tonkatsu pork broth and thin style of noodle. I went to university there and can attest to it.Good flavor ,.good ramen texture..the spicy isn't all that spicy though, order the oil and chili powder if you like it hot.
