One of my absolute favorite hole in the walls. Came back after 4 years, so happy the quality is the same after Covid. This is a no frills dining experience, you come for the food. This place has an old-school, not particularly inviting facade, but which gives it a bit of edgy mystery alongside its other Piedmont Ave neighbors. We got take-out which consisted of Chicken Makhani, Aaloo Tikki, Nan and rice. This is my favorite Indian spot and I am happy it survived Covid. There were times when they struggled and were selective about the hours or times of day they were open. They have pulled through. Am picky about meat in general and I have to say ....it has amazing Tikka Masala and the chicken is actually not dried out like other places. Yummy!BTW, There's a large cheap parking lot 1 block away near the pharmacy. Free after a certain time, 5 pm or 6pm.
