Two friends and I stopped by here on a Sunday night for a casual birthday dinner. We asked to see a menu and there was none -- the server said just ask me what you want and if I have it I'll make it. He had birria that night (no pork) so I went with birria enchiladas. One friend had tacos and the other seafood soup. The food was EXCELLENT! The fresh warm tortillas nicely accompanied the soup. The food is really good and my favorite is the pollo asado. He makes it into chicken fajitas as well. This is the place to come and hand out and eat. The owner is such a sweet guy and always has a smile on his face. Great customer service every time. I love ordering for all my large events. I highly recommend eating here

Like other reviewers, we found this place unexpectedly - after an Oakland A’s baseball game, in our case. What a gem. The owner/chef is delightful, offering all standard Mexican options with no set menu. The food was fantastic. My husband’s shrimp burrito was chock full of shrimp.
