This is my first time at Shake Shack.I agree with the online consensus: not worth it.The burger is good, but very small for the price. I'd be willing to pay $2 more for a bigger burger. As it is, I can either get a burger, not much worse in quality and a bigger size, for much cheaper. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate being greeted with a warm smile. Furthermore, I personally prefer Shake Shack over In-N-Out. The fries at Shake Shack are significantly better and have a delightful crispiness.

Most recently I went on my birthday, it was tight. I find it annoying when the unhoused wait right in front and ask for something.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options to choose from.Parking: It can be difficult depending on the time but tbh there's plenty.Kid-friendliness: It's kid-friendly. The portions are do-able for a child and they have more than just burgers also; eg. Grilled cheese.
