About Shimizu Cuisine

Shimizu Cuisine offers a delightful dining experience with a cozy atmosphere and homey decor. The restaurant features a great selection of sushi rolls and traditional Japanese dishes, all made with good quality ingredients. The service is friendly, fast, and accommodating, with staff willing to provide special requests, including gluten-free options. The tempura shrimp roll and chicken teriyaki are highly recommended, often served with gyoza and tempura. Customers can choose from three options for their bento boxes, such as gyoza, sashimi, or a California roll. The flaming dragon roll, which is on fire, is a popular and impressive dish. The restaurant is small and can have long waits on weekends, but the food is fresh and delicious, making it worth the wait. Take-out orders are available via a side window. With its tasty sushi and tamari, Shimizu Cuisine is a great choice for diners with dietary restrictions.

Authentic Japanese Sushi place with great selection of sushi, nigiri's, sashimi, soups, ramen, and teriyaki meals. Cramped Small inside good for small groups, couples, casual dates. Food is fresh and delicious with pretty dressing. Flat entry good for seniors and accessible.
It's getting busy quick so expect lines or long wait.
overall fresh fish, tasty food. prices were on the higher end for the rolls (for just 5 pieces per roll) but the bento portion was huge.
