Was not happy with the service there today. I went Thur the drive Thur. They forgot my food when I asked the guy I'f evening was o. The bag. They didn't give us plastic wear to eat our sides. I had to go back and get the rest of my food.

We received the worst service ever. I normally don't complain but this visit sucked from the moment I entered. No one helped me at the counter. So I used the kiosk. The kiosk prices were higher than the counter prices. The manager didn't know how to operate the kiosk, couldn't give me a refund or cancel thevorder. And she had a poor attitude for someone that didn't know how to operate the equipment in her store. And when all was said and done my order was wrong. I suggest avoiding this store.

They have a great deal going on right now put its not on there website you have to go in to see it. It's a 14 piece 2 sides and six biscuits for 32.99.
Tho there were bad reviews, I was craving KFC and decided to give it a try... I was truly impressed by the girl that took my order, very patient and professional considering she was multi tasking. My order was correct I didn't ask for condiments because she had gotten ahead and included all condiments without asking. Ambiance inside the restaurant was chill everyone was tended to n they seemed happy.....my girls name is DARLENE!!!! Thank you so much Ieould give her 10stars it can't.... Good job KFC I'm Ontario

1. Went through the drive thru and we needed a second with the menu. The one manning the drive thru window proceeded to get increasingly irate when they would ask us every 10 seconds if we were ready to order. 2. We had finally made our order and proceeded to the window. We presented cash and they did not have change. After finishing our payment she had told us to to wait in the front. We were situating ourselves before leaving but not before she had told us once again within 5-10 seconds that we needed to pull up to the front. What the hell? There was nobody behind us in line nor were there any immediate customers at the front. Very poor service, extremely impatient and will not be going back to KFC after this.

Went to KFC today to get me some chicken was not busy. i did not get my napkins, my forks, and my condiments. It’s not rocket science it’s not like you guys are busy one car and I was only me. Your politeness is good your service not good at all. I’ll never come back to this KFC again.
