I went to Da Bianca Trattoria for a family celebration and was so happy to enjoy my dinner at this East Orange Italian restaurant. I made a last minute reservation the night before and so glad they accommodated my request. The dining room's interior has a cool Mediterranean coastal vibe and when it comes to the service they are very knowledgeable with the menu and adult beverage pairings. My favorite “go to” neighborhood dining out place. Always accommodating, even with last minute reservations. Food is out of this world Italian prepared quickly, but with care and nice presentation. Changing weekly specials keep the menu trusted but something to look forward to. Staff is warm, friendly and helpful.

Dinner And drinks with five people. I asked if I could get fresh linguini( which was offered on one of the specials that night) in a different dish. Server comes back and said no. Without an explanation. I’ve never been to a restaurant that didn’t try to accommodate a customer. That may have influenced my attitude toward the dish I ate but it wasn’t that flavorful (seafood and linguini).
