“Better than Shawarma house?? I think so! (Not to knock shawarma house I love they place) I got the beef shawarma wrap and pretty damn good. Meat was juicy, soft and flavorful. Fresh veggies and deliciously soft bread. Tabbouleh salad was awesome too. Citrusy, sour, and fresh with the right amount of garlic. The garlic sauce and hot sauce was amazing as well. Hot sauce had a earthy flavor I couldn't put my finger on but went great with the garlic. The owner and his (what I assume to be) daughter were awesome too. Friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will be back!“
“We ordered the battered fish tacos and grilled shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious. The wait staff is super friendly and attentive. It was packed in there and almost closing time when we went, but to see all the staff work together and get everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently was cool to watch and experience. The black beans are DELICIOUS! The Zucchini was grilled to perfection. If you haven't tried the grilled corn, do it... you won't regret it! The fries were PERFECT... the crunchiness was uniform on all of them, not a soggy one on the plate!“
“I've been craving a good fish & chips place, and this popped up in my search.I started with the normal fish & chips combo, and I was incredibly pleased. The fries are nice and crispy, well seasoned, and fresh. The 2 pieces of fish were nice and meaty and well battered, not over saturated and overtly crispy. The tartar sauce was probably the best I've had. I also tried the onion rings, and there pretty pretty good and crispy.I did come back later to try the shrimp po boy and fish po boy sandwich. It's the best po boy sandwich I've had. The bread was incredibly soft and delicious. The shrimp was pretty big and nicely battered. And the tartar sauce spread was just amazing.I did order in person, and the staff was very friendly.I wish this place was in a different location. The parking situation in this Plaza is just horrendous. So few parking with so many restaurants. This restaurant deserves a better place.“
“During the time I walked in there was beautiful weather outside ; wide open were the restaurant's doors to peep' the scene. I ordered the London special and enjoyed it! I was given a package of malt vinegar for the fish along with tartar sauce the cooks offer too. "Absolutely nothing wrong with that"Later, a friend told me the place probably has a chain of restaurants scattered across parts of the UK and other areas of the US. It's perfect for Fountain Valley.“
“So it's been over 20 years since I have been to England, but this is the most English place I have been since. I had the best shrimp and chips I have had in a long time. And the only reason I didn't get the fish and chips is because I had fish somewhere else for lunch that day already, next time... They had a good selection of hard ciders and I recommend you try what ever one's they have on tap at the time you go.“
“Great place to hang out and get a taste of what the ocean offers. I highly recommend the nacho. Also try their drinks. I have visited a couple of times now, and so far everything I tried is great. The staff are young and helpful. I really enjoy having lunch here. For dinner check the hour before visiting. I believe they close earlier than expected. Once again great seafood, great drinks, wonderful staff and enjoyable ambiance. Definitely will be coming back soon.“

“Hugh parking lot. Great outdoor or indoor service. You go to the counter to order and receive a number and when food is ready they bring it to the table. I had two fish plate. “Quick food, check! Great service, check! Delicious, double check! This place is great. I was not a fan of the chicken taco, but I mean the place is called fish grill. The shrimp tacos were to die for. Also nice you can have a glass of wine and they bring you actually glassware. Ample outdoor and indoor seating. Employees are nice, hard working, and helpful.This place again is a hybrid of fast casual and sit down, so don’t expect full service, but in my opinion you should still expect to tip since there is service.“

“Good quality tasty fish for a decent price. You can have a good bowl of White New England Clam Chowder for about 7 dollars. The most expensive plate, I think is below $20. The grilled Zucchini is a nice touch as a side order, also the beans are a very tasty alternative to french fries.The place is often crowded but we still managed to enjoy a family conversation around the dinner table.“
