I've been looking a new torta place & I think I've found it! (Used to Don Gaby's @ this same location but the service went down hill quick & I think they're shut down) The meat has a good flavor plus it's not full of nerve. So it's not chewy!! Plus we got some tacos & the tortillas are made by hand. The tortas come with meat of choice, beans, cheese, salsa of choice, lettuce & tomato. Plus option of sour cream on it. Definite must try for everyone! Will definitely be revisiting.
For those of us who love Mexican antojitos, #AntojitosMexicanosElHidalguense has several options where you can find the Guajolote, the Super Tortilla las Mulitas and the Mixiotes. Tried this taco truck randomly and was very impressed after eating it. The asada and al pastor tacos were so good, the tortillas are freshly made and taste so good. To the ignorant veteran that left bad review without trying it missed out on some really good food. Don't go eat Mexican food and get butt hurt when they proudly fly the flag that influenced the food they are serving.
