I was recently driving and saw the Tacos Beto food truck parked by the 99 cent only store in Thousand Oaks, so I decided to stop and try it out. I must say, I was glad I did. The authenticity of a taco truck setting did not disappoint with the taste. The size was perfect the corn tortillas were soft and the meat was juicy. They have other parts of the animals such as cheek jowl and intestine, if that interests you. Conveniently located at a main intersection. The best ever! Love ll their food. Literally everything on the menu is amazing. Best quality meats without any fat and gristle. The best in the Port Hueneme, Oxnard and Ventura area. I never get pictures becuase the food is so good!
