“Kieth chicken and waffles has several locations. We went to the one on El camino in South San Francisco and the owner. Kieth typically is there he's a great guy and void. Does he know how to make great food if you've not tried this I suggest that you do it's absolutely wonderful, chicken is moist super good and the waffles are real good as well“

“5 stars for Paulette with the pink hair. She went well out of her way to help me to figure out how to order one of the specials that were apparently only offered if ordering from online. She still managed to serve several customers with ease (as she was also helping me with the website glitch) that were coming through during the process. Otherwise, had I ordered the same box from the counter, it would have cost me $5 more! She went above and beyond what is considered good customer service. I can only imagine how any people that come through everyday with the same issue. Paulette is fantastic.“
“Boba is good tiger brown sugar feels like it needs more brown sugar in it. Wings and fries tasted actually very good crispy batteries and tender wing. Only gripe was that with one of the larger Wings we found that it was a little pink near the bone and had a chewy texture so I had to spit it out.“

“I have been going here ever since it opened. It is a little pricey but so worth it. When you walk in the place is pretty big and clean. You are greeted right away upon walking in. This time around, we ordered online for pick up and ordered a few items we haven't tried.We ordered:1. Bulgogi fries - I was surprised how good it was. I wasn't expecting much since they are known for their chicken.2. Potstickers - Crunchy and soft in the middle. I love how they drizzle the sauce on top.3. Popcorn shrimp - of course, the shrimp was not the biggest, but it was so addictive. Something about the batter being crunchy and chewy, once you eat one, you can't stop.4. House fried rice (bulgogi) - very flavorful, but the rice was a little too sticky to my liking and a little too sweet.5. Korean Fried Chicken with soy glaze - Alwaus got you smacking. It's so crunchy and not overly saucey. This goes great with the pickled radish.6. Korean donuts - I don't know why, but I had high expectations. I was disappointed. It was just a regular sugar doughnut. I was expecting it to be chewier, like with rice flour. If you're thinking about it, don't bother. It's not worth the price.Overall, you can never go wrong with going here.“

Thought it was awesome. 3- They serve you unlimited green tea! Very kind but be weary of drinking too much.Service:They have little buttons at each table that you can click when you need something. Very helpful. I only noticed it at the end of my meal so it wasn't as helpful for me. Ambiance:It's off to the side inside if the main store. No wait on a Saturday at like 2PM.Parking:Parking is HORRIBLE! But do-able if you're brave (like me). I went on a Saturday midday and there were a lot of shoppers so the parking lot was quite packed.Over all I wouldn't get these dishes again because I want to try other foods on the menu, there was so much to choose from and I got overwhelmed.“
