“My friend and I stumbled upon Grape in the Fog at the end of an incredible California road trip. The ambiance is amazing, wonderful wine and delicious food. We shared the meatballs and the hummus plate and both were fabulous. We finished with the waffle with strawberries and vanilla whip cream and a trio of cheesecakes (lime, coconut and pineapple). I highly recommend stopping in to this cozy wine bar.“
“A solid four. The only minus star is something with which others might disagree -- the piano. It encourages narcissistic displays of very loud playing, which drown out people trying to talk or write or read or whatever. Truly annoying. But that said, the service is great and the iced latte yummy. And what's nice is that they have for-here straws. Good touch.“

“This Hidden Gem of a place surprised the heck out of me! As soon as I came in I was greeted by the bartender Crystal who was fantastic and just started a week ago and extremely personable. Ordering was very simple right from your table using a QR code food and beer came out almost as soon as it got off the grill and the beers were unique and tasty there's a lot to choose from here. I had the fish and tots fish had a great taste to it with the right amount of spice on the batter the tops were delicious and come strongly recommended. I tried a few beers and no I'll be back to try more. Highly recommend this place especially if you want to enjoy outside Ambiance close to the water! “I have to strongly disagree with whoever gave this place and one star review I have not met the owner personally.However, I plan to email her because I want to ask her to carry some of my crafts.The person who manages this coffee shop is the owner sister, and she is nothing short of fantastic, I visited this coffee shop with my mother and my two-year-old now and he nearly wanted to destroy the place.They were so kind and so nice she let us stay even after the place was closed so that he could finish his meal and I could finish my work.I have bought jewelry and the best sandwiches and pretty good coffee.Planning to stop by there this week and I hope those of you visiting Pacifica will also stop by and support this coffee shop and all the other local businesses down the street .❤️“
“Lovely cafe near the beach in Pacifica with a great patio giving you the choice of inside or outside dining. They have a bathroom that's always clean - I've been coming for years. Staff and the owner are very kind and get your order out quick. They make one of the best London Fogs in the city (called Pacifica Fog on their menu). Most baristas will go the easy route of brewing the tea in half a cup of hot water and pour milk for the remainder; not Cafe Pacifica! They make it the correct way by steaming your choice of milk and allowing the tea to brew in it. Not to mention, their bagels are amazing and made how you would at home - fully indulgent with lots of cream cheese.“

Full bar and friendly wait staff. There are sports tvs everywhere and there is one pool table. Check the events calendar as they have specials and live events every week. They do not serve food but you can order take out from the sushi restaurant next door.“
“Lived out my Mischa Barton OC dreams by hanging out at the Bait Shop (i.e. Chit-Chat Café) at the pier this morning with my baby. Staff held the door open for me so I could maneuver the stroller inside. Prices are great, staff is super friendly and helpful, coffee is solid, and there are tons of food options. The ambiance is a charmingly worn coastsiders dream, complete with deteriorating vintage green stools. I'm bored of sleek monotone contemporary coffee shops, and much prefer a space like Chit-Chat that has so much character and is, I'm certain, home to quite a few characters as well.“

Not the best I’ve ever had but the best I’ve had in Cali!I had the brisket and Mac n cheese.First the star; the brisket. The meat was super tender and juicy, moist with the perfect amount of fat and char. Taste was very good and overall it was just a great example of bbq, not just for the west coast but in general. I’d give the brisket a 4.7/5 star rating!The Mac n cheese, well it was a disappointment. Not sure if it’s always like this but the noodles were to soft almost to the point of being soggy, the cheese sauce was nice and thick but something was just off about it. Flavor was okay but nothing to write home about. It seemed like this was not freshly made and I was really disappointed in the Mac. My rating would be a 1.5/5 stars for this.Overall not sure if I just got an older batch of Mac or what, but the bbq itself is what redeemed them and I would go again just for that.“

“We stayed at the Pacific Beach hotel and this is their restaurant attached to it. We liked the reviews, the Peruvian food, and the fact that it had ocean views, so we tried it. The food was exceptional! There are so many options and if we came here again we would try all new stuff because I don't think we'd be disappointed. The service was just ok, and I guess we should have made reservations to get better ocean view seating.“

OK, I told em and accepted they did not set up their website and I learned not to use that pricing.Their Linguine with Clams and pear salad have brought me back a few time. The best Linguine and Clams anywhere.Pacifica is not loaded with good restaurants. Staff is nice, food comes quick and is great for either dine in, or take out.“
