“For a shopping mall Starbucks I have no complaints. Yes, there's few outdoor seats, & the view is of a parking lot, but that's the way it is. The interior is a good size, and there's seating! Sadly, that's not something you'll see very often in San Francisco, where there's all these Starbucks with ridiculously empty spaces. Anyway, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, the cheese & fruit boxes are fresh, the garbage cans aren't overflowing, & there's plenty of napkins & straws. The only improvement would be getting more staff on a busy weekend afternoon. The poor guy handing out drink orders kept apologizing for the delay. I love all the homespun signs showing Pacifica pride.“
“I've seen a lot larger Starbucks who struggle with a bigger staff. Michael is the captain of his trade and runs this store flawlessly with less. The teamIs organized, polite, fast, and drives the brand to a whole new level. the amount of coordination, and teamwork can be seen through the creations in a cup. Hope big corporate dudes see this and set this place as the standard across the globe. It's so popular everyone knows each other by first name and established a “regular crowd” basis.“
“The barista at the Starbucks Safeway Linda mar is the most thoughtful person in the world even though she was experiencing some issues with the espresso machine. When i came in very early a.m. to order a soy latte she advised me of the issue and offered the option of going across the parking lot where there's another and bigger starbucks. Apparently the shift from the night before left the self cleaning in the device going all night long so the barista had to wait til its safe to use. I was able to make an informed decision to place the order there regardless of the wait and do grocery shopping meanwhile. When I got back instead of picking up the latte she prepared my coffee right then because she didn't want it to get cold. I can't express enough how much I appreciated the thoughtfulness and regard I've experienced. Thank you for all that you do!“

“Since I'm visiting, the Safeway Starbucks. The worker's are great I really like Tina, she is sweet. The young man there is sweet too. Good drinks, I think I gained some weight from my hot mocha's. Always clean. I'll miss them. See you in March.“
“I love coming to this location when I’m in Pacifica. Easy parking, quick service and all the employees are very nice. A lot of people come here to get work done or meet with family. Great place to sit for an hour or so to relax and enjoy your coffee or get focused on some work.“
