First time visiting. Wanted a snack in between shopping and ordered the cinnamon pretzel bites and the hot dog minis. Deduct 1 star: the hot dog they used for the pretzel dog was spoiled and tasted terrible. Another star deducted: long lines. I wanted to return the pretzel dog minis but the long line was a complete turn off. I may return and I recommend this auntie Anne’s with caution. Beware what you order & be prepared to return your order if necessary.
Came to get pretzel nuggets before going over to the movies. The girl working the counter wasn't in the most positive mood. Every time we asked about something on the menu she had to ask someone in the back how long it would take or if they could do it. We ordered pretzel nuggets in the Parmesan and garlic which is on the menu at other locations but not this one. I was very happy they did it but they were not all the way heated up. There were some cold chewy ones in my large cup....read full review

I was not super impressed with my pretzel. The pretzel sit at room temperature or are just microwaved before toppings are put on. I found it to be stiff and dry. There was one girl working behind the counter, with a line of people ordering, so I think she did a wonderful job handling the stress, and was very pleasant. And it doesn't seem like anything is being made there, just items being brought to that store front for reheating.
