I have nothing but love for the build-your-own pizza concept that Blaze, Fired Pie and Pieology among others have brought to the fast-casual dining scene in recent years. Customizable, reasonably priced and a portion size that is manageable in one sitting. This location just needs better upkeep. The counters, floors, tables and soda machine area were all dirty.
