Absolutely love Cold stone until I came to this one. Don't get me wrong the ice cream and shakes were fantastic but not the service. My Brother is Dairy free and when he asked if they could make the smoothie Dairy free the two ladies on shift started laughing and snickering at him. This made my brother have my mom order for him as he was now to embarrassed. Completely inappropriate for staff to do this.
Honestly, I hate ever feeling like I have to write a review, it just always seems extra, but this was a bit much. We go in and it seems fine at first, but then the employees start being seemingly very pushy when we're the only ones in the store, then when we finally do order, my wife gets half a scrap of pineapple and when I try the raspberries in my ice cream, they're soured and disgusting. Like... How does someone let that happen and not question what they scoop? Just overall...read full review

The server behind the counter was rude. When asked what is the Hot Honey ice cream like she replied, "Hot Honey". She then smerked and us. She made our order and sat it on the counter without saying anything.
