“Great food, loved the menu selection and great for vegans and vegetarians like me. Love that they have great Japanese food and nice boba drinks. Can’t wait to come back. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 is because I asked for a little extra ginger with my sushi which I was willing to even pay for, but it’s like their whole attitude changed just bc I asked, and they started chatting in Japanese in front of me right after I asked — I wish I knew what they were saying. It wasn’t a big deal and pretty rude to do that since I would have paid for it also and it was such a tiny amount. Initially they were nice until I asked for a little extra ginger, god forbid lol. It was almost humorous but also definitely rude. Maybe a cultural issue, idk…
Aside from that, I’ll definitely be back bc I love the place, love the food and we need more places like this in the desert! I got the veggie zen for what it’s worth with a little extra vegetable spring roll.“

“had the tuna tataki tacos for appetizer which were soo good along with scallop & blue fin sushi. Also enjoyed the sandfish roll which was creative and tasty. Topped it off with salted caramel gelato for dessert. First time visit & will definitely return again.“

“It was a great dinner for our family of 11. The service was great until we ordered dessert, which never arrived. We finally canceled the desert and left because the kids were losing it. Something must have happened in the kitchen. That was the only time they were unresponsive.“

“Leo, Felipe, and Alonzo are amazing! The staff make you feel like family and take super great care of us! Everything is always fresh. The Leo#6 is off menu but highly recommended when Leo is there! Can't recommend this establishment enough! Thank you guys! Amazing job!“

“Great place for a fast/fresh teriyaki bowl. Small place, not so much a dine-in atmosphere place, but totally fine for grabbing a quick bite or taking to go. The chicken bowl portion was generous. Flavors were good and ingredients fresh. Might just pop back for lunch again today. 😊“

“Patience combined with tenacity and a lot of cash will get you a fantastic lunch & dinner experience. Recommend throwing caution to the wind and sitting at the bar overlooking Stadium 2. Incredible sushi and lychee martinis.“

“Rolls are HUGE this could be good or bad depending on your preference but no matter what you order it’s going to be a delicious and each dish definitely puts on a show ! The place is small and cozy and service is good. The only thing I do stay away from here is the lemonade never had a lemonade taste so synthetic and fake. Over all this is a great establishment with rolls that have personality.“

“Love this place! I just movies to the area and discovered Beech, please! What a find! My new go,to restaurant! The food is wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful. The owner is friendly and funny. A great conversationalist as well.. I believe I’ll be spending a lot of time ordering from Beech, please!“

“Know now to order everything at first. If you wait the lead gets long after 5:30! My quests had the dragon tempura roll! The warm middle was an outstanding contrast to the chilly tuna on top! The service is fast and efficient! Every time we plan our trip to Palm Desert we book a reservation! Stella is kind and accommodating to all who walk through the doors!“
