The management and employees are exceptional! Always friendly and they take care of any needs you have in regard to your food! A great place to have lunch, very quiet! The bonus is that they sell a mean Michelada!“

“Love the ease of ordering online and picking my drink up, very convenient.Drink as almost as good as usual, but seemed to have a lot of coconut bits in it. More then normal. Asked about the immune boost I had put in my drink, but still not sure what it consists of.“

“When my girlfriend and I went out last night the store was locked an hour early from closing. We went to wait for our food from Luna Grill and as we were about to leave we noticed two employees and a bunch of teenagers in there. We were pretty annoyed that there were two employees and that clearly they were doing stuff they weren't suppose to in the back or in the car. So 20 minutes before closing we walked in and ordered one large smoothie. Even though we got kind of a dead stare when we walked in their attitude was very pleasant at the register. Also the smoothie came out quickly and perfectly. So I only knocked off one star. Advice: If you're in your car and some one is trying to walk through your doors just run up and casually walk in behind them. Be super friendly and give extraordinary customer service and people won't even care that you were not there waiting for them to walk in.“
“All I ever got was warm greetings by the staff. They always served with a smile. My drinks always tasted absolutely divine. The Jamba Juice at the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert is incredible. They are my favorite juice places out in the valley. I come so often, and everyone, no matter how busy they are, always treats me with decency, respect, compassion and much more. This place truly feels like you are not a dollar sign, but rather a human being. I love the suggestions they give.“
“I'm curious about why there are so few Lapperts ice cream shops in California. We literally drive here from San Diego to have this ice cream. The flavors are my favorite and you can't get anything quite like them from any other brand. My kids are obsessed too, perhaps it's a good thing that they are so scarce in location.“
