“I love the tuna wraps! The pizza, burgers, fish tacos and sandwiches are tasty! The staff is friendly and courteous. The wait time for food orders is often long but I don't mind because I know how hard the staff is working to make sure our "cafe experience" is a positive one. I appreciate them! “This was my first time here and it was pretty good. There wasn't any wait around 4pm. I decided to try the Poppin- Boba Fire Lizard Rebel and it was good, kinda of tasted like medicine but the boba literally made this drink so good. I would say if you like red bull,, this is for you. I usually don't drink energy drinks so this was something I normally wouldn't get.“
“The guy behind the counter was super friendly. Since I am a desert lover I tried a day old sugar donut since it was half price. It was still fluffy and tasteful. Next I tried a maple donut. It had a good flavor not to sweet. He threw is an extra day old chocolate filled ? which I will taste later. These donuts are thick and fluffy well balanced not too much sugar in the glaze. A few hours later after running my errands I returned for a maple donut. I must really like these donuts? oh yeah they are CASH ONLY ?“
“Today, I went in with my mom. We ordered 3 pitaya bowls and a juice. Truthfully, everything tasted great! However in my bowl, there was a piece of plastic from the pitaya they use, i assume. This was really unfortunate and could be a hazard to children eating, as well as eating any micro plastic in my bowl that i consumed before i realized it was deep in there. Some of it was torn up so I believe it was partially blended up with the pitaya. This is really unhealthy and im very disappointed in this service. ... This business handled the issue very well! Aside from responding to this post, they messaged me right away and let me know they would rectify this. They were very understanding and apologetic. They reassured me this wouldn't happen again, so thank you! :-) My family & I love going to Fresh, so I was thankful this was handled so well!“
“Stopped here on our way home from vacation. We didn't get our third topping on our acai bowl and went in to ask for it on the side. The employee was very rude making excuses and then checking our reciept to make sure we paid for it. Won't be going back.“
