“We are from Charleston SC, and home to the famous low-country boil. We had high expectations and Pier88 did not disappoint. We have added black mussels and extra shrimp to each bag and it is even better. I’m not sure why they put a hard boiled egg in the bag as I think they could do without this but overall, it is worth the money you spend.Atmosphere is amazing. Servers are friendly.Try the chocolate lava cake for desert. It’s delicious ?“
“Decided to try out crab and spice for the first time the atmosphere was casual, clean and upbeat. You pay before you eat, which was clearly stated and posted. John was our server very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Explain the menu and how to eat a crawfish as it was our first time ever indulging in, the crustacean, The flavors were full embodied and rich Cajun medium spiced. If you like spicy food, I recommend a medium level up one as it seemed more medium mild. Looking forward to another night out but this time with my guy in the near future as I know those beignets sounded good but we were too full to enjoy this time. Thank you for all your help. Be back soon.“
“The chicken here is good. A friend of mine brought it home for dinner one night. and the biscuits are pretty good they’re sweet warm and buttery. Every time I go to food has been fresh and I go late 6-8pm. and it’s priced pretty good.. The chicken is a solid 8/10 it's good but it’s nothing amazing.. also this place is located in the hood so if you are not comfortable in a hood atmosphere please don’t come, there is guys hanging out in front of the store people playing loud music and what not.... it’s just part of the neighborhood Love it or leave it.Parking: Small parking lot, gets full fast, short waitWheelchair accessibility: Double open door, level with side walk“
