It’s probably the best chicken you can get late night in the peninsula, and the location is pretty easy to get to. Plus I love that you can get anything from their multiple in-house restaurants in the same order. Would definitely recommend!“

Location was a 7/11 type store. The other KKC I've been to was in a gas station. You don't go here for the ambiance or how the place looks. You come here to fill a craving. Food was good. The cornbread was good. I'll pass on the fries next time. I'll come back again when I'm craving fried chicken.“

I order drive up so most of the time I don't even have to get out of my car. “I went to an out of office meeting for work and the team for that location bought grilled chicken from Michocan Produce Market. It was absolutely delicious. Their order also included rice and beans, a side of hot sauce and tortillas. Love the side of hot sauce it comes with. For those that do not like spicy, since the hot sauce is included inside a container on the side, you will have the option of not putting it on your food. The beans had a jalapeño which made the beans taste even better. Weeks later after that meeting I kept thinking about the chicken and how I would like to buy it for myself.to share with friends and family. I asked where they had bought the chicken. It seemed like this is a place where people know how to find it but they can't remember the name and to top it off they have a hard time explaining where it is located. Eventually after some google searches and reading the reviews, I narrowed it down and figured it out. I bought a grilled whole chicken that they chopped into pieces. I also ordered the rice and beans and the order included tortillas and the hot sauce. Four of us ate and it was all under $30. My co-workers enjoyed it and one co-worker, who is very picky, was very pleased with the food, so much so, that one day he bought some for the office as well. Each time we have gone to this place, the people who work there have been very nice. They are also fast; It takes no time for the food order to come out. Also I want you to mention you could just order the chicken without ordering the rice and beans. If you do that I believe the cost is $20. I would like to add that I had their chicken before I knew it was popular in this neck of the woods, so I had no prior expectations. I don't know why it is so good. I think it is how or what they marinate it in and also how they grill it. It is a no frills grilled chicken, but very tasty nonetheless. And the pricing is still economical. Even though I find it very tasty and by the reviews, many other people feel the same as well, what I could see happening is that someone who tries it after reading the reviews, might have much higher expectations after reading several of the positive reviews. Then when they try it, they might not think it is as good as what they built it up in their mind because they set their expectations very high based on the reviews. It's like when you watch a movie that got rave reviews, then when you watch it, you wonder what the hype is all about. The store has this very hole in the wall feel. A mom and pop shop for sure. Depending on the time you go to this place the parking can be tricky because the parking lot is small.. It's dark inside the store. Definitely no frills, but it has a very authentic feel. It's definitely not a fancy place, but having said that, I think that's the vibe that gives this store its appeal. I don't know if the produce and other products are a good price since I only go there for the chicken. Although this seems to be a store frequented by locals that live nearby, I think their grilled chicken( pollo asado) puts them on the map with other customers that otherwise would not visit this store. I know that my teammates and I will crave their grilled chicken again so I know we will be back.“
“I was very impressed with my first Starbird chicken experience! It has intrigued me since I laid eyes on the location at SFO terminal 1. I finally got to try it for work and apparently it's a bigger chain restaurant. I ordered my food through the online ordering website which was user friendly. There are pictures of all the foods with a proper description of each food. They even let you choose sides and substitute the sauces if you want. The menu ranges from tenders, nuggets, salads and wings. I ended up ordering the Nashville hot tender box that included fries and slaw. You could upgrade the regular fries to truffle cheese I think, and sub out the slaw. The Nashville dry seasoning ended up being really good! It had a mild lemony-tangy taste that I liked. Reminded me of flaming limon hot Cheetos LOL. My coworker didn't like the tangy taste so probably don't order this flavor if you don't too. The Greek yogurt ranch was a nice dip for my chicken tenders. The tenders themselves are substantial and do not taste dry at all. We also ordered the banh mi fries and they were flavored nothing like banh mi. It just had some "asian" sauces and green onion toppings. Probably won't get that next time.“

“It's among our preferred fast food joints. We opted for the spicy chicken fillet deluxe meals along with frozen and regular lemonades. The lemonades, both frozen and regular, are excellent. My only gripe with the location is the limited stalls in the men's restroom. Additionally, parking can be challenging to find at times, so we usually opt for takeout. However, the service is consistently good, whether at the drive-through or in the dining room.“

“If you haven't tried Starbird chicken, you should! We got a small family pack for 3 people and a child and we ended up having enough left over for another meal for 2 people. We added 2 orders of fries and a strawberry lemonade and regular lemonade.20 wings: highly recommend the Buffalo wings here. The bone in are juicy and well seasoned and dip well with the ranch. We did also try the orange glaze which is more tangy and more orange-y than Panda Express orange chicken and I really did not enjoy this flavor. 10 tenders: the tenders were well seasoned and I loved dipping them in both the starbird sauce and ranch! It is slightly dry though so you will have to make sure you have sauce.slaw: comes with the family pack. It is kale based but I was not a fan of it. Not enough flavor and overly creamy sauce. I would probably just order chicken platters instead.large lemonade ($2.97): both were slightly too tangy and sour. I had to add some water and sugar to it so I wouldn't recommend getting unless you want concentrated lemonade.the fries ($3.97) were delicious and the toddler devoured them! “The food was actually really flavorful. This place only takes credit card and you have to use a kiosk to order, they do not take your order for you. You can tell most people order online in advance. It did take a little longer than I expected to get my food as there is no seating inside, only outside. So you have to just stand there until it's ready - it was about 10 minute wait and there were 3 people ahead of me. So it's not going to be a fast in and out like a Chipotle.Overall the food was really good with average/medium sized portions. I would recommend this to others if you are in the mood for some Thai!“
