“First time having Filipino food with a Chinese twist. Ordered food via DoorDash for pickup. Got the 2 piece fried chicken combo with noodles, rice and a sesame dessert ball. For drink I got the pink lemonade. Chicken was one of the crunchiest and flavorful fried chicken I’ve ever had. The rice and noodles were tasty and complimented the chicken very well. Everything was fresh and delicious. I haven’t tried anything else but I definitely the fried chicken combo.“
“Susuru holds a special place in my heart. I’ve tried a number of items on their menus and everything is ???. I can’t stress enough about how good this ramen is. I’ve only known about Susuru for a month or so but have eaten here over 8 times. All of the broths are rich and authentic. The Thai coconut curry ramen is mind blowing and a generous serving. My go tos are the Miso and Tonkatsu. Add spice for extra flavor. I brought my coworkers here and everyone’s bowls were finished down to the last drop of broth. Easily one of the best ramens shops in LA. It’s got a great mom and pop atmosphere. Food comes out quick. What else can I say, I’m in love with Susuru. “Compared to a few years back this street food spot has gained a few more food stalls to neighbor it. There is now a bbq meet place, a salad and fresh foods place and a dessert one. I got three plates, one pad Thai, one pork fried rice and one of their new ground pork with egg dish. Pad Thai is good as always, fried rice was lacking flavor as before but they have seasoning for you to use. Their ground pork with egg was so good but holy crap it was spicy. It did have a good spice though I recommend it.“
“Visited Uovo in Studio City for the first time and tried their tasting menu. The truffle pasta was amazing, seriously good. The pomodoro was just okay, didn't impress much. But the Tiramisu? Wow, I'm not even a big fan of Tiramisu and it left me speechless. Worth a visit for sure.“

“The food was so authentic it stunned my mom. I've never seen her so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant. It's hard to find dishes like Liangpi and Big Plate Chicken outside of China, and even if you can the flavors are often diluted. The noodles here were perfectly chewy, the stew in the BPC was rich and thick (rivaling Dolan's even). And the prices aren't bad at all. We'll be coming here again, and exploring their other locations too.“
“Loved this place! Super fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Ordered the Nam Tok Salad, the Chicken Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) and the Isaan Larb Kua. Everything was really tasty and the server was great about explaining the spice levels. The Nam Tok and the Isaan Larb Kua were especially delicious because of the use of lime juice -- that tangyness paired with the spiciness and the savoriness in both dishes was a winning combo. In terms of spice level, I'd say that I usually like spicy food and handle it well, and the Medium was just right. There are additional chili sauces available if you want to dial it up a little bit. Very generous portions and I was honestly quite stuffed. The price is also ridiculously low and I have to say this is one of the most amazing value Thai places I've ever been too -- the pad kee mow was $12.99 for the chicken version!! They were making pickled chilis on one of the side tables, which is one sign you know this place is legit -- when they make their sauces and condiments from scratch, by hand. Really looking forward to my next visit here.“

The satay chicken appetizer was the best one we ever had. You gotta try it. It was amazing!!! It’s not a typical Korean kimchi fried rice. It has garlicky and tangy flavors. The runny egg yolk blended well with the rice.We also got cream cheese crab Rangoon, fried dumplings and veggie egg rolls. LOVED their sweet and sour dipping sauce. We asked for extra to bring home.Very casual, fast and friendly service. You order and pay at the counter. “I came to this place on a Thursday afternoon and let me tell you: I am a huge enthusiast of Thai food but it gets harder and harder by the day to pick up one spot that is above all of the others. This place is a strong contender for that first place, though: it has it all, reasonable prices, great food, amazing service and chill ambiance. The server was a woman with short hair and glasses who truly went above and beyond for us (I should have asked for her name but I forgot). Everything, including non-traditional items like fried shrimp cake was just cooked to perfection. It all came out quickly and piping hot. Parking was fantastic too. The staff member my friend and I interacted with was really nice and helpful! She had the Pad Thai and I ordered the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodle) then we split the Army of Veggie, portion sizes were great, entrees are big enough for 2 people to share.If you aren't a fan of spicy food I would recommend asking that the spice level on the Pad Kee Mow be knocked down but if you love spicy food it is perfect.A bonus was mentioning that I needed to make sure everything was gluten free as I have celiacs and the gentlemen said that all the sauces they make and use are gluten free to start so nothing needed to be modified! I was craving something sweet and started searching Yelp in Panorama City for a spot to grab Turon to try for my first time. I landed on Sally's, so I stopped in after seeing the good reviews. It seemed like a small family run place that does mostly take out orders from small to large. They were getting ready to close but I still I asked about their Turon. They were sold out for the day and kindly advised it usually best to order ahead because they do sell out and it's best to get them fresh. I believe it was the owners, a man and woman working who also asked me how I heard about them and started explaining all about the food choices, providing recommendations, showing pictures and how to order for next time. The best part was they did have 1extra Turon and gave it to me free and refused to charge me. I really wanted to pay but they said it was a sample so I knew what they tasted like for the next time. Honestly, this made my day!!! The owners made me feel so comfortable and welcomed as they could tell it was my first time visiting and I was out of place. It made me feel like I was at my Filipino friends house who is always making delicious food to try. I'll definitely be back to grab more Turon and try all their food. He definitely takes away from the dining experience which is a shame because dining in gets you far superior food to their takeout.“

Today though... I ordered SnS Chicken and when I went to pick it up they had told me they are no longer mixing the sauce in because it gets soggy. I love it soggy!! And it's not even soggy. Just a perfect sauce mix ratio. So who ever complained about it being soggy... you just ruined it!!! I'll order it next time and ask that the sauce is mixed in.“

It's was a cozy place with Thai art and decorations. The lady greeted us so gently and sweetly, I was sure it was gonna be a great meal. We ordered chicken satay, pad thai and chicken fried rice. Most pad thai's I've had get dry fast, then it's not so good. Their pad thai sauce was a little runny, but I liked it that way. It coated the noodles better. The fried rice was the blue ribbon of all the dishes. So much flavor! No soy sauce needed! I'm from the San Gabriel Valley, but if I'm ever in Reseda again, I'm making a beeline here!“
