The Tacos at Kalaveras were the stars of the night! Although a bit small, each bite was packed with delicious flavors that left me wanting more. The service was top-notch, with my server being attentive and friendly despite it seeming like their first day on the job. We try new places near Pasadena before our Distinguished Speakers Series, and Kalaveras did not disappoint. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and were able to try so many delicious food choices. We will be back with friends! All our servers were delightful and very helpful.

The food and service were great, with surprisingly reasonable prices. The atmosphere was VERY loud, and it's clear that this is intentional. We more or less knew what we were getting into when we went, but the truth is, this is not the kind of atmosphere we really want out of a restaurant. YMMV, but for us, we'll probably go to quieter places more frequently.
