“Love your noodles and have been since I was a kid. Now that I am older and returned from NYC I wanted to make these myself. NYC has them freshly made in the store. I came back to California and found rice noodles, but it has a preservative sodium benzoate. Would you guys consider an alternative please?“

“I've been making a few pasta dishes at home and have been trying to find little things to improve upon. Well, getting freshly made pasta to cook helps quite a bit. The texture is pretty different from dry pasta - Firm like it's al denta, but doesn't stick to your teeth or have that little bit of crunch that dried pasta sometimes has. I can taste the wheat used in the pasta, which added to the flavor of the overall dish. 1 lb of fresh spaghetti would probably serve 3-5 people, depending on the size of the serving, works out to about $2-4 per serving to add a little fanciness to a home cooked meal. Definitely recommend.“
