Stopped here before going to visit a relative at local hospital both my drinks were put in a cup holder and in a bag so i could carry it. Drinks made it not spilling a drop. Definitely coming to this starbucks again. Hopefully inget the same employee helping me!!!!“

“This location, most of the time, the drive thru lane, is almost out to the streets. So if you park and come in, sometimes, the store managers give out free coffee. On them of course.Kid-friendliness: In almost all restaurants are friends with kids.“
“I' come here almost 5 days a week. I'm usually here 6am and the morning staff is always extra friendly Maureen and Jessica, Monica and everyone else I have ever come in contact with has amazing customer service. 10/10 best Starbucks staff I've ever experienced!“
“Overall I like this place, good experiences. It feels like a personal experience, like everyone knows you and your name. But I will point out that there is 1 employee that is not the best experience. Notice he will not take money from colored patrons. (My experience and watched him do it to another) You must put your money on the counter, and he gives your change on the counter. This would be the older white guy who looks a bit disheveled. So, I try to avoid him and preorder my orders to limit any interaction with him. Other than that, it's a great place and a very friend team.“

“I walked in to Starbucks and they’re playing Arabic music. I’m Mexican but I love foreign music. It’s so refreshing! This world is a beautiful melting pot. Variety is the spice of life! FYI Try Romanian club music in the afternoon. It’s the best! Thank you Starbucks.Parking: Lots of parking spaces available.“

“I like to come here every Friday morning as my end of the work week treat. I have my usual drinks that I order (Pumpkin Spice Latte during fall and Matcha Green Tea Latte) but every now and then I like to try other things. So far, every drink I've ordered is great! The morning staff, Yoseph and Jerry, are friendly, quick and consistent.“

I've gotten coffee here during lunch as I was at a conference the last two days, and Naomi specifically was very attentive, kind, and went above and beyond. This location doesn't ask for tips through a jar nor on the touch pad, but I wish I could've tipped Naomi as they are clearly the backbone of this location!“
“They're cool people there. Unlike other Starbucks that are filled with happy people, servers here are low-key nice and friendly. I'm a fan because they're not as crowded as the other branches and of course, they make the drinks correctly.“
“Parking: I just wanted to say these guys were open and 5:30 am the day of the Rose Bowl Parade and being able to grab a coffee and pastry was life saving. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming even on New Year’s Day at 5:30 am. Kudos to this staff“

The drive through at this Starbucks location is an example of shoe horning a drive thru on a tiny property (likely due to crazy property costs in Pasadena/San Marino)Overall, getting/using the drive thru here isn't easy...particularly if you're exiting the freeway and going south on San Gabriel Blvd. Don't bother, it's too complicated.I was driving north on San Gabriel Blvd heading to the 210...you get to the drive thru via an alley. From E Foothill Blvd, you can only enter the parking lot if you're going west.Also, significant if you're exiting the freeway and going south on San Gabriel Blvd....pass this location by because getting to the drive thru is too complicated (and time consuming) it's not worth it.Also, the location has like 2 parking spots..from what I observed while in line...I don't think you can enter the store... just a walk up window. Strangely, they have standard green umbrella near the front of the "building".Perhaps because the baristas in this store know the challenges of the people using the drive thru and they don't have to deal with in store orders...the service was very fast...and friendly with a perfect execution of my very simple order (a drink and brownie). If I'm in the right situation...going N. On San Gabriel (heading toward the 210) or heading west on E Foothill...I'll come back but other than that...I'm going somewhere else.“

“i love the baristas here at this location, they always get my drinks spot on. they are friendly and kind! my favorite starbucks to go to because they go above and beyond with customer service! my order is always made when i’m waiting in line! they are always on it !“
“Got the caramel ribbon crunch frap. I asked what the crunch is. They said caramel. I say pretty much, but better! More like after dinner Mexican cookies which are brown sugar and butter melted to just barely caramel but still with sugar crumble texture. So, a hint of butter that is nice.“
“One of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, but still one of the most amazing. The community of local Pasadena peeps do a great job supporting these over worked and probably under paid baristas. Every time I’m here, they are working diligently, even understaffed and still have the time to remember my name.I do recommend them but then they’ll be even busier. Just admire them from a far while I enjoy my brown sugar shaken espresso.“
“This is inside a grocery store, but it’s still the same quality Starbucks you expect as far as flavor.I just ordered their pistachio cold brew. The coffee was strong and the pistachio cream was a great addition overall.I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.“
“This Starbucks is at the Paseo in Pasadena. It's conveniently near the ice rink and the convention center. The service is good there and usually has the snacks that we like even later in the day( protein pack or the sugary treats) .Parking: The Starbucks will validate your parking for one hour.“
