Really nice old fashioned food. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Surprised they are busier!

Yummy burgers and sandwiches. I had the veggie mushroom Swiss burger, bun was really soft and buttery and the FRIES!!! like fresh cut potatoes, so good. Nice quick stop off the highway when getting gas. Will come again!

4 1/2 stars. Stopped here for quick lunch based on their high ratings. Menu is vast, so something here for all tastes. Our foursome had a variety of sandwiches and all were great. Son really liked the French fries. Outdoor seating available too. This is a nice spot that I'd describe as an old fashioned, local grill. Lots of Mexican dishes also available. The day we went they had all you can eat beef tacos as a special.

Had to ask for missing things several times before we got them. Ordered the all you can eat enchiladas. They never came back to take our order for more, an hour later we flagged them down and asked if we could just switch the order to regular enchiladas since we needed to leave and they hadn't ever offered us more. They refused, saying there was one more enchilada on the all you can eat plate. They also wouldn't let us get two more to go. The food was a decent amount for a decent price, kind of bland but edible. The service was not great, for sure got mean-mugged by the waitress ?

The chili Verde burrito ? was excellent! Generous portion. The sides were great. Sweet tea was the best I have had in a long time! The place was clean, and our server was excellent. Great attitude, very accommodating. Why she even made me sweet tea when they didn't offer it that day! My friend had the mushroom ? burger ? and said it was very good. Another friend ordered a burger, and she said hers was wonderful. The fries were great! It's a diner from days gone by. But you feel at home and we went back three times. Plenty of parking. Great pit, stop to eat, relax, fill up your car with gas ⛽️ next door at a reasonable price.Parking: Generous parking

One of our favorite places during a trip through, and a number of positive reviews, but not this time. We ordered 2 burritos for an early dinner at 5pm, expecting it to take 5 minutes, 10 at the outside, then eat, the keep going. When we walked in, there were 2 others in the restaurant, both with food already. But 45 minutes later, we put our money down for the drinks, ready to walk out, when the food finally showed up. We couldn't imagine what was going on in the kitchen, and were a little scared to eat after that long of preparation. The waitress was obviously flustered with the cook, and kept telling us that one of the burritos - a chimichanga - takes a lot longer to make. We knew that wasn't true. Anyway, I hope Jose's does better next time.

Yum! I got a chicken bacon salad because I was deprived of some greens and this hit the spot after driving all day.

Usually get there just after opening due to my work shift. Have about 4 or so items I choose from when I eat there. Tastes good and for the cost of inflation we suffer under price point isn't bad.

Saw this restaurant on Google Maps and gave it a chance. Really glad that I did! My wife and I were very impressed with the service (Janine was our waitress and a real sweetheart btw) and the food. My wife had the French Toast while I opted for the Melt Burger with added bacon. Both were excellent. Adding this stop to.our favorite places to eat while in the area. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

In addition to the best service and attention I have received in the US, it can be confirmed that they have the best enchiladas in the county.I hope to return to try more dishes.
