The chef is amazingly talented. Every fish dish we've ordered has been great. Last visit, we had halibut with a coffee sauce, and Arctic Char with citrus sauce. Both were delicious.
Food and service was excellent highly recommended we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the crab cakes nice local wine selection i had the paella special and wife had the artic char very fresh and flavorful fish was cooked to perfection btw refreshing came here for our 10 th anniversary and were not disappointed excellent service and overall experienceThanks for making this a special nightCheers

Tonight we visited PasoTerra for dinner. PasoTerra is a quaint French inspired seafood restaurant owned by Chefs Andre & Cristina Aversengs. Upon arrival, Chef Cristina warmly greeted us with a glass of champagne & a bite size salmon tartlet. We ordered our dinners; blue crab cakes with Cajun sauce, beet & goat cheese salad, butter salad & Alaskan halibut in an incredibly delicious coffee sauce.
