“The food was great and each time I came to eat everything was very fresh, however I feel like there aren’t enough waiters and sometimes there are lots of seats inside but a long line outside. The restaurant has a very decorative interior and it gives it a very good vibe of the beach.“

Flavors are strong, and the rice in the gumbo is NOT steamed, so please be aware that this is pretty normal for Cajun dishes.Normally I wouldn't finish such heavy noodles, but I couldn't stop and now I'm ALL HOOKED UP to have more.Cheers! “This Food Truck went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations! The food was DELICIOUS! We had the Chipotle Pulled Pork sandwich, Blackened Fish tacos and the Nola Burger all with Cajon Fries!!! This is a Family run truck and they do it well!! We will definitely be using them again!“

The sauce is simply out of this world, and it's the perfect complement to any seafood dish. I usually go for a mildly spicy option, which adds just the right amount of kick to the dish. However, I must warn you that it can be a bit too spicy for some, and you might need to visit the restroom later. The service is generally excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, on weekends, it can get quite busy, and you might have to wait for about 10-25 minutes for a table. But trust me, it's worth the wait!“
“First time. Calamari was chewing and not as crispy as we've had elsewhere.Although Very Tasty, "Shrimp Plate" was a stretch with (8) Shrimp with (2) scoops of rice. Adding Veggies or Greens would have been good. Garlic Butter sauce is Awesome with the rice and shrimp.Onion Rings were good (and average).Hope this helps.“
