“Let me just say that I'm not the person who usually reviews various Starbucks stores that I go to, but I have to for this one.This morning was a "treat yourself morning" for me and obviously many others felt the same way as the store was VERY busy. The workers were busting out drinks left and right, but Mackenzie was the absolute best. She was sweet and took her time with me, even though I'm sure she had a million things to do other than cater to me. I was asking her about holidays drinks as I was thinking I would spice up my regular coffee order and she was so patient with me. After she took my order, she jumped in and started helping another employee make drinks. She obviously works very hard and is honestly a standout! I work in customer service and I would kill for my employees to act more like her.10/10, solely for Mackenzie! She made my morning!“

“My drink was awesome. I changed my mind and made my drink larger, and it was still really good even if it was poured into another cup. The only reason it's not a 5 star place is the extremely dirty look and eyeroll that I received when I asked if I could change my order.“
“This location is close to my office and is good for quick coffee runs. The baristas are very friendly and will fix any drink if it doesn't taste right. The only downside to this location is that it gets packed. Sometimes in the morning if you do a mobile order, there's a plethora of drinks on the mobile order table and it gets confusing. People will take the wrong drink and you'll have to wait for them to remake it. I like coming mid morning to avoid the craziness. When it's not crowded, this is a super chill location with plenty of parking. Also avoid the lunchtime rush, it can get pretty wild too. All in all, good vibes here and would recommend!“
“The service I got from Brenda was top notch. I normally don't buy from Starbucks so I was very unfamiliar with the menu, however Brenda was very helpful and friendly. Just go to Brenda for your drinks I don't think I need to say more.“
“I am at Cal Poly Pomona with my daughter for her transfer student orientation today. As a guest, I was given a complimentary small tea at Starbucks that happens to be on campus. I chose passion tea which is not a sweet tea whatsoever. Kind of bitter if you ask me, but I drank all of it... I considered it as unsweetened flavored water LOL. Staff was okay.... just took my order and asked for my name. Service was fairly quick considering there were lots of orders from our guest orientation group.They have good inside space for students and guests to hang out and enjoy some coffee or tea. They also have outside patio space as well. Not sure why this Starbucks is reported as closed on Yelp. They are indeed open for business at this time. It's located right next to the Cal Poly Pomona University Library.“
“I most definitely love the service here, the workers are always so nice and friendly here. Therefore the atmosphere of this Starbucks is an aura of peace, and it is place of approachfulness!The only thing is sometimes the pike place coffee that we order is sometimes with a taste that implies that it has been just sitting there "burning" too long. In which case I am now going to have to ask for another cup, and hopefully it won't be another of the same as before!!!“
