“I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.“
“We came in to this Starbucks on a Saturday late morning. It was busy but the baristas were courteous and accommodating! The restrooms were clean and this location has games and a big main dining room table. Our drinks were fresh and the food we ordered was also fresh!“

“I simply stopped for a cup of water. This is a great location in a not too crowded area most of the time. Starbucks is always excellent food wise service wise and most of the time atmosphere-wise.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has various options for dietary restrictions. They have milk-free options They have sugar-free options and then artificial sweeteners if you want the taste of sugar. I believe they even have dairy-free creamers.Kid-friendliness: Kids love to come to this place for the hot chocolate and the hot apple cider. And also other stuff now. It's been a long time since I've had a kid young enough to want something from there.Wheelchair accessibility: As far as I know all Starbucks that I have been in have excellent wheelchair accessibility for everybody to get inside or go through a drive-thru if available to get their coffee or tea or blended frappuccino.“
“I think this is the second time maybe third time that I've been to the Starbucks inside the Target on Grand and pipeline in Chino. For being pandemic times everybody stood in line w/their masks on 6+ feet apart, there was one lady working. she just helped each customer when it was our turn. then her second person just got back from lunch or showed up and it went faster but very nice. My drink was right and tasted great.“
“Great little place to grab a coffee and stay in or in the large outdoor patio area. Surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants parking WILL be a challenge. But what place isn’t these days? Easy to find and staff was friendly and efficient.Parking: The immediate parking is usually full. It has plenty of peking nearby but it’s shared with a multitude of other businesses. It’s not normally a quick in and out for me.Kid-friendliness: Huge courtyard for the kids to play and run around. It’s open, so you have to still keep your eye out for them“
