Your new wraps are delicious! We do not go there too often but these wraps are a good meal for a competitive price! The only thing I would change is how your employees hand the food out the window. The plastic bags seem to make it awkward so it is almost being dropped down by the driver door and you grab it so it doesn't fall. So i went into the kfc drive through to get an order and they didnt give me a famous bowl but it was already charged. I also aaked for a chocolate cake for a small gathering but they never even put it in the order. The workers need to make sure they get the food ready after the order because i just waited
Ordered a bucket of chicken had one piece at the bottom that looked half eaten... No meat on that bone at all and they forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and what is up with the bag of soda? It doesn't stay cold long and it's awkward. What a bummer experience id say.Then you cNt have the same discount as the online menu which really sucks! A price difference of over ten dollars.
