ONE time the service wasnt so great but the other times it has ben great tasty chicken will be back here because i have more coupons and i do like the fact that they,ll take your coupons here thats the most important part of us coming back.
4/13/24- I came in for Horchata only to find out you don't have it at this location. This after I had ordered and paid for my food. That didn't matter because of the great customer service I received.Christian was on duty and he greeted me on my way in. This is my first time as we don't have Pollo Loco in the Midwest.
