Was having a tough time making the selections for the order and Ana and Priscilla were extremely patient and helpful. They made excellent recommendations and were friendly in the process. In a time where customer service has (typically) become low priority, It was definitely refreshing to experience great customer service! We'll definitely be coming back here in the near future. “My husband and I celebrated Mother’s Day together Saturday 5/9 I ordered the gem shellfish 🦞 salad. Unfortunately it had 2 little shrimp 🦐 and a teaspoon of lobster meat. I basically was served a small head of lettuce 🥬 with some dressing 😳 Very disappointed for Flemings standards on a special day !!! Tim was our top notch waiter and immediately offered a replacement for another meal. I ended up ordering lobster Mac n cheese 🧀 He politely had the $55 salad removed from our bill. “Quality is consistent, service could use more enthusiasm workers seem unhappy to work there for the price hike I would think they are better compensated I don't expect chick fil a or in n out level of enthusiasm but something about being next to a gas station with shady characters hanging around really doesn't help with more people wanting to eat inside but overall I give the restaurant a 3.8. For a late night option it's one of the better choices around.I can say at least they don't get your order wrong unlike McDonald's and jack in the box. Sorry not sorry. 👌”

They have the best crust I have ever had and the toppings are superb. I love that they use red onions rather than white or yellow. I highly recommend them as both a foodie and a chef. I've had some good pizza, but I have yet to find such an amazing crust anywhere else. It's yeasty and well structured. I could swear they are utilizing an old dough proofing method by the taste and chewiness of the crust. The owner is awesome and I always have a great experience.”

That was the Beef Noodle Soup. Their Wonton soup was also a winner with the wonton skins being so flavorful and tender. The Fried Rice is a great complement for anything you order in my opinion. Lastly the Beef Cilantro dish was a perfect ending to our feast. The service was on point and thanks to Rain our server it made our experience a memorable one. So if you’re in the mood for something like this then check it out and get on the waitlist because this place tends to get pretty crowded.”

I love pho Bambu and have been coming for years but lately, I’m waiting forever for my check & today, I stopped by and there was a little teenie tiny bug in my soup & I didn’t make a stink cuz it was tiny but the waiter did notice me fishing it out of the broth and asked if everything was okay. I noted there was a tiny bug and handed him the napkin with the bug on it but told him all was well. He took it to the back and said he’d check. I finished my soup and a different waiter brought my check and this is where I’m experiencing some disappointment because although I wasn’t expecting to have a free meal cuz I ate my food, despite the bug, they charged me everything right down to the extra charge for boba in my
Tea. Idk but good customer service would’ve been to knock a little something off the check for the bug or something.. feeling a bit disappointed. I still tipped them—hoping for good karma..I do love their food!—maybe it’s the baby bugs that makes it so delicious! HA.”

We tried a couple dishes for the first time (SWEET POTATO CHAT and CHICKEN CHETTINAD) in addition to our normal go-tos (CAULIFLOWER 65, SELECTION OF INDIAN CURRIES, rice, and garlic naan). We were lucky enough to have the bar manager / beverage director running the bar that night and the cocktails were even better (didn't know that was possible tbh) than usual. I continue to think Baar Baar is one of the best restaurants in the city and is consistently underrated (however well rated it is).”

“We are huge fans of BBD, we always stop at one when going out of town. But todays brunch was the worst we’ve ever had. My wife ordered the corned beef hash and the corned beef as like shredded shoe leather, the toast wasn’t even toasted at all, her over easy eggs were over hard. She ordered a side of bacon and it was drenched in grease. My granddaughter ordered French toast which was good but the syrup was like sugar water. I ordered the chili burger which was pretty good, chili was sweet which I don’t care for but that’s a preference. Best part of my wife’s meal was her water. Service was great nor bad, just so so. Will need to really think about returning to BBD or not. Very disappointed. I’m hoping it’s just that specific location and not all.”

The other four that were working the 2/2/26 night shift practically abandoned them to disappear off somewhere, leaving them with several customers' orders, online orders, kitchen appliances that were beeping, and an empty cash register with other customers who needed to be rung up, which they tried their very best to do all on their own.”

“Spring Rolls were really good, hot fresh and crispy, sauce was also good. Rare Beef Pho with meatballs was also really good, though I wish there was more meat. Broth was really good, lots of fat pearls, could have used a little salt but overall delicious. Thai tea was really good.”

“This is a gem, my 2nd time around and just as the first the service was on point the food was fresh and very delicious. I wish I would've took some pics but I was just having a great time with my family, we had spice beef noodle soup, shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mein, steamed pork dumplings, steam pork buns and sauted green beans. “I love this place. They have the best coffee, their staff is nice unlike Sana Cafe that I tried recently cause I was in the Hollywood area. This place beats Sana coffee by a landslide. Their drinks are fire, staff is nice. They’re always busy unless you order before Iftar and take your drink to go. Saturday they were busy too but it was so convenient they have a prayer room in there, I took advantage of it while I waited for my drinks. It’s kinda gay how ppl hang out in there for hours on their laptop doing nothing but it’s awesome ppl feel at home. Glad we have a closer location to rancho”

“My second time here and it's just as good as my first visit. It's a small space and there can be a line and wait. Today there was no line and it's really an enjoyable space to grab. A quick coffee. I like the beans they use and their drinks are really good. Better than a lot of the coffee shops popping up that just slang caffeine and sugar. As a coffee lover this is a legit coffee shop I enjoy coming to. They also sell the local beans they use which is really nice”

Best part you can buy the long sourdough loafs at checkout. I had the beef brisket and it was the best sandwich I ever had. Excellent combo of cabbage slaw and sauce…just the bomb no other words. As an aside the lemon cookie was really something I did not know how much I would enjoy. I never envisioned a lemon cookie before and now that too is one of the food items that will keep me coming back to Sourdough & Co. Yes you may pay a bit more, but the quality and amount of food is worth the price.”

“I give this place 3.5 to 4 stars. Discovered it when we intended to go to Corner Bakery about a month ago, but it was closed. At that time, I ordered chicken pesto caprese sandwich and lemon soup. Both were good. At that time, I was able to order through their self serve kiosk/tablet.

Today I thought I'd come back since I enjoyed my experience the last time. I went straight to the kiosk. The manager admonished me as he said there was a line. As you can see in the photo below, there's a menu on the wall when you enter the place. When we entered, there was a group of people looking at the wall menu. It didn't appear to me these people were on the line. There's no sign saying Line Starts Here. Also, there were 2 cashier stations, each with a self serve kiosk; one of them was free with no cashier, so that's where I headed to, and that's where the manager stopped me. The incident sorta ruined my visit. Food was good. Not so Fried Chicken sandwich had this interesting crunch. Tomato soup was tasty. The whole experience was tainted however, so I'll have to think twice before coming back here.”
