“Best sushi anywhere!!!“
“This was a great surprise ! Since No Da Te closed, we were searching for an excellent sushi place. We found it. A wide selection of Nigiri (try the Snow Crab or Tamago), Sashimi and Maki. And above all, their fabulous Rolls, like Shrimp Tempura, Dragon or just The Fresh Special. Excellent! The area was very busy, and service was very efficient.“

“This is a great option for people looking for something slightly different from the chain restraints and burger joints. The food is good and so is the service. Parking can be a challenge on busier days and the parking lot definitely needs some TLC.“

“I ordered take out. I searched google maps, 3 separate times, because I thought there was a mistake (there was, but google maps would not say differently). I ended up driving an extra hour, to Palm Desert and back. Apparently it was their previous location which google maps had not updated. Yes, I was very irritated by the time I received my food. Understand, the location is in downtown Palm Springs. The take out food was very good.“

“Service was seamless and friendly, every bite was fresh and full of flavor and the overall vibe was upbeat. We ordered our favorites, shishito peppers, and a few rolls, the Scandinavian, El Paseo, and the experiment. So glad we made it back in!“

“Superb quality! Apart from Shabu Shabu in Rancho Mirage, this is the real Japanese sushi restaurant in Palm Springs!“

“Joes sushi was the first place I tried sushi when I was a kid. I still am loyal to this day and I always tell my friends and family my favorite restaurant is still “joes sushi” I love their food so much and the staff is awesome. I remember before it became “the Cabo way” they had the best priced all you can eat option which I believe they should bring back!“

“Patience combined with tenacity and a lot of cash will get you a fantastic lunch & dinner experience. Recommend throwing caution to the wind and sitting at the bar overlooking Stadium 2. Incredible sushi and lychee martinis.“

“We went yesterday for dinner around 6pm. We were seated in the patio which had no umbrellas or any way to help you keep the sun away from our faces. Now we are locals we live here, we can get over it however charging the amount of money they do for rolls and such, a set of umbrellas is not too much to ask. The food is good was it worth the price not really. Service was excellent only have good things to say about the staff. Will I return? Probably not the price does not reflect the amenities and we are better off somewhere else were we can enjoy the outdoors with proper shading after all we are in the desert.“

“A combined birthday celebration and a 50th wedding anniversary. This was a big night out for the four of us, and it was a wonderful evening. Initially there was some confusion with the address and GPS because there are so many places called “Indian Wells”. And the building that IW Live is in looks like a private condo building. Perhaps when it was called Frank’s Place there wasn’t this confusion! Food and service was outstanding and we found the prices reflected the quality. The entertainment started promptly at 6pm. Marc Antonelli and Maureen MacDonald (a lovely Canadian singer!). There are two sets to their program. We wish we could have stayed for the second set, because the set list would have been more to our liking — more celebration music, rather than somber Classic (opera) music and a sad song to commemorate 9 / 11. The Prayer, by Carole Bayer Sager. But the singers have wonderful vocals!
To top the evening off, the staff presented our table with beautiful desserts, one for the birthday, one for the anniversary! Thank you!“

“It was a great dinner for our family of 11. The service was great until we ordered dessert, which never arrived. We finally canceled the desert and left because the kids were losing it. Something must have happened in the kitchen. That was the only time they were unresponsive.“
