It wasn't easy. It was not diverse. There were fears of love & hip hop, integration and a whole lotta beer drinkin in canyon enclaves. It was an avenue for me to protest. It was a chance for me to advocate for my people, the future and for dancing.My dreams came true here. Seeing all the peeps. Doing their thing, young and ronchy as well as shy and curious.
