“A go to spot for me on my way to the mountains. Stop in for a coffee and water and a restroom break before going to big bear. Sometimes the parking situation is wild because the lot in front of the store is pretty small, and the drive through line is sometimes pretty long so it might not be the fastest experience but it is still nice. Plenty of indoor seating as well if that’s what you’re into.Parking: Small lot in front, large lot further away“
“Store manager Carlos is the best! Efficient, humble and respectful to customers! I brought a drink to be fixed from another Starbucks and when he saw it, he immediately offered to remake it to how I want it and understood what I meant about light foam or no foam! Thank you! You more than made up for the rudeness and arrogance of the LA Palma and San Bernardino on 2nd Street starbucks locations!!!“

“We L❤️VE Redlands but I think this place could do better. It’s not the cleanest I’ve been in (floor was filthy), the team members appear to be ”new” lots of do-overs. Mobile app for this location shows that most drinks “weren’t sold here”… yet our orders were filled. I get it, they’re busy but I guess I just expect more from Starbucks.“

“This review is for the barista named Britney... every time she's working I know my drink will be made with expertise and care. She's always super friendly and remembers my order. I haven't had the best of luck with any of the other baristas but Britney is well deserving of 5+ stars“

“Well every time Tic Tok has a new drink featured at Starbucks…I’m game to give it a try. Loved the Pink drink with chocolate cold foam. Definitely tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry.I did try another drink that had expresso with mocha and vanilla cold foam.OMG!! So good. The other go to would be their breakfast Gouda sandwich. IDK but it seems like the size of it is getting smaller. But I could be wrong about that. The redesign really made the place look cool. When ever I would go in they always greet you and the service is fast. My only advice is if you get breakfast in the drive through make sure to ask for napkins. A few times they forgot to put them in the bag.“
“My car broke down, today at around 2pm, and the city towing patrol towed me in front of this Starbucks. While we were talking with the tow driver a nice young tall Caucasian Starbucks lady came to us and offered to get us some Starbucks because it was cold outside in the rain. She was so kind to prepare them for the driver and myself. And the drinks tasted so good! Thank you!“
