“We had a delicious breakfast at the counter with good coffee and great service. It was a Thursday later morning- I imagine the tiny counter fills up quickly sometimes, but there is outdoor seating too. The owner chatted with us and made sure we were happy with our food. Very fun experience eating at this long-established little diner.“

“Being Easter Sunday, we expected it to be a little slower over all, but we just had an amazing breakfast! Sharon was our waitress and she was absolutely spectacular. She provided quick and attentive service we had a bit of trouble deciding what we wanted but Sharon was very helpful giving us various options to allow us to choose exactly what we wanted. I am pregnant so waiting for food sometimes can be a little hard, but the food came out very quick. She got a tad held up at the end but the staff was very observant and stepped in quickly. We had such a wonderful experience overall.“

“I did not get the full experience of this place. The dining room was closed so orders were placed out front and picked up in the back. That gave me a very limited experience with the staff, but every interaction was fine. Limited menu but the carne asada breakfast burrito I had was excellent.“

“I had a good experience here on the way back from LAX. The location is super busy, but the line inside was quick. The double double animal style was on point, and the fries were cooked perfectly without excess oil. In-N-Out fry game has always been semi-mid but these were better than normal. Good experience overall!“

“I've passed this place and wanted to give a try, after finally someone taking my order at the counter it came out in about 15 minutes. The place has a coffee house vibe, great tunes, and beer and wine. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with salad instead of fries. All ingredients are fresh. Standard dressing is balsamic. Sandwich came HOT and is a knife and fork sandwich, it is so packed with delicious ingredients it falls apart. Great hidden gem“

“My first visit earlier this week was fantastic. The regular fries were cooked perfectly, crispy but not dry, reminding me of fries in Paris or Brussels. The Classic burger was great. My second visit two days later was not as impressive. The Cash burger was outstanding but the regular fries were undercooked, limp, and not good at all. I suggest that when ordering fries request they be cooked until they are crisp.“

“The restaurant was nice and the food was good, but what was really upsetting was the service. I had three children with me tonight and it felt as if the waitress could have been asking us a bit more if I needed anything. Plus, none of the hamburgers apparently come with cheese. It’s extra but you won’t know that til the end of the bill. Why are businesses not giving a veterans discount? Do these businesses not like the freedom that we as military members have done for you? I guess it gets in the way of the $15 hamburger with no cheese.“

“This place has lots of good memories for me. If you love beer be sure to check this place out. They always have a huge selection of beers that they rotate. With so many beers, it's super fun being able to pick a new beer with each round . Not a lot of places with this much selection. They are nice enough to give you a few samples if you can't commit, or pitchers if you can. Def a dive bar. Lots of regulars and locals. Weekends can get packed, especially in the summer. They also have live music on weekends. Food is bar food but tasty. My friend is obsessed with their wings.“

“This place is great. Their fries are fresh and seasoned to perfection, their food is delicious, and the front-of-house part of the restaurant is super clean. I do have to dock one point because the bathrooms, located out the back, were not clean the last time I visited. Otherwise great.“

“Great burgers but overpriced. I LOVED MY REAL ICE CREAM OREO SHAKE!!The onion rings do not use the kind of breading that I like. In fact, I caught myself halfway through eating them, and realized I was only continuing to eat them because I had paid for them.I decided to throw away the other half since I don’t like their breading, and surely I would receive enough calories from the Oreo Shake and the burger! ???If you like their breading, I’m sure you’d like these onion rings, because otherwise, they were great: fresh AND hot!But why were they served with ranch dressing?? I tried dipping one in ranch and gagged??—whichI rarely do—and I like ranch dressing!!??I guess I don’t really like their ranch dressing too much, or at least not when used in that way. It might be acceptable on a salad, but I’m skeptical. Don’t take my word for it, but it seemed a bit thin.I prefer to go to Steve’s Charburger on Anza in Torrance and save $5-$10/adult meal on my order. (PLUS there is plenty of free parking there, the building is more roomy, and the entire property is totally flat.)Reasons why I recommend NOT bringing a person in a wheelchair to this Fat Burger location—at least not inside: (see the rest in wheelchair accessibility comments below. Disclaimer-I don’t use a WC (WC=wheelchair, not water closet!?), but I grew up frequently visiting and going out with an aunt & uncle who used electric WCs. I also had a manual WC as an adult for 6 weeks while on a non-weight bearing doctor’s order.)When you line up to order inside this Fat Burger location, it’s extremely narrow (I don’t think it’s wide enough for two adults to stand shoulder to shoulder), and has a sharp left turn into a corridor of seemingly the same narrowness after ordering to go find your table. So, I do not think a dragontail chair would be able to make this corner. However, this is only a guess, as I didn’t make any measurements, and my experience with dragontail chairs is very limited—not mine or a loved one’s—just observing a classmate for one year.I don’t know if a regular electric wheelchair would be able to make this turn. It feels iffy.To use the bathroom, you have to negotiate additional turns and 1-2 more narrow corridors like the ones described above. I didn’t use the bathroom, so I don’t have any idea if they’re accessible. If your person in the chair doesn’t feel the need to come inside the tiny, cramped building, and they don’t need to use the bathroom, then by all means, bring them here to enjoy the delicious food!I hope that the business owner replies by posting pictures **with measurements** proving that I’m horribly wrong about all of the fears that I have about the possibility that this restaurant may not be navigable by electric wheelchairs. ??Parking: There is limited free parking in front of and to the side of the building, plus very limited paid street parking within a short walk on the same side of the street. If these are full, meters are available a few blocks to the southwest. It’s beyond the Starbuck’s parking lot. There’s also a Smart and Final close by, AND You can snag a free spot there, but on a weekend night, they might monitor that lot—I don’t know. They just recently began to monitor the lot at the UPS Store as of January 2024.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has wheelchair accessible parking. WhileI would assume it’s probably *technically* wheelchair accessible simply because it’s in California, I would recommend AGAINST bringing somebody in a wheelchair here if possible, and here are the reasons:The building sits on a hill that goes up pretty steeply from the very few parking spots up to the door. Please see my main review for the rest of my points, as this section has a character limit.“

“Came in for the bottomless root beer floats and fries and left decently surprised! I haven’t been to a Red Robin in forever so I didn’t have any set expectations. I ordered the Bleu Ribbon burger with extra bleu cheese crumbles and steak fries and a root beer float, but also had a chance to try their bacon cheese fondue and freckled lemonade from a friend. The burger was well cooked to my preference, and had a decent presentation. They gave a good first portion of fries and the root beer float came in the large cups for an enhanced presentation. Great service from our server and staff, and was able to split the payment with ease. A really cute spot, especially with the mini fair the SouthBay Galleria is hosting so we were seated with a view of a Ferris Wheel. I also learned they have painted baseballs in every location that mimic the American flag which is cute. Loved it!Parking: Can be somewhat difficult to park in the very front unless you come near closing, otherwise you can park in the SouthBay Galleria’s designated parking lot.“
