“Came here after searching for a brunch spot after some shopping with my mom. I can't believe I had never been here. The service was wonderful and there are a lot of seating options. It was a cold day but we stayed warm under the heaters. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious! We can't wait to come back for lunch!“
“Small, cozy cafe, very friendly service, very good coffee, very abundant and tasty dishes, huge and delicious biscuits... The best of all? Prices are very affordable! I will be backParking: Parking behind the restaurant with plenty of spaces availableKid-friendliness: Family atmosphere“
“Black star BBQ sure does have Point Richmond SPOILED !!! I went in hearing that the food was good but I’ll tell you what them Cowboy beans with a slice of Cornbread so delicious so perfect I thought I was back in Texas, then the spicy sausage with mac & cheese and potato salad did not disappoint!!! All in all I was very good food if you want a place with a great vibe and a chef that great you and serves you with a smile this is the place! Highly recommended!!!“
“One of the best breweries in the bay. I was holding off on giving a review as I stopped going here for a while because of the lack of customer service. I came back a year later and I’m glad to say it’s improved.Beers are anything from IPA’s to traditional German and at times English. For reference I hate IPA’s so I am reviewing the great non IPA beers. They usually will serve some beer that can only be sold on draft exclusively at the brewery where most of the beers can be purchased at liquor stores in cans. But as every beer drinker knows it’s better in draft. The inside is great and spacey with lots of large tables. Plenty of games and kid friendly both in and outside. The outside is especially great as there is a long narrow area with a fire pit, tables, and no cars can drive down it besides the food truck. I usually have my kid playing with a ball or scooter down this area and feel completely safe about it.Overall amazing beer, great ambiance, and very family friendly. Btw I am very picky in beer so this a god review for me and I have been to most of the breweries in the bay.“
“Definitely a great hidden gem!! Food was delicious and filling, seating was plenty, service was friendly and quick, and there's even some games to play outdoors. Parking lot probably fills up as the night goes on but it's convenient. Had so much fun with my friend here. We talked for hours the ambiance overall was so chill and fun. Burger was so good and I couldn't even finish I was so full. Definitely can't wait til they open back up again! Assuming they're waiting for better weather, I would.“
“Amazing cocktails great atmosphere . Hidden gem in Richmond FOR SURE!!! Make sure you have you id yes they card no mater of age. Take it as a compliment lol but don't give the door man a hard time about it he's just doing his job!“
“Got the super burrito with carne asada fries and a pineapple water… the burrito was as big as a small child and I am confident it is the best burrito on planet earth, like… really… really… really good, the pineapple water was heavenly, it’s like pineapple 2.0… I didn’t have much carne asada fries because I was too busy shoveling the burrito into my mouth.Touring San Francisco.. chances are will return to San Francisco for the burrito alone.Parking: Plenty of parking right behind the restaurant“
“A couple of the bands I'm in played here (Sakful and Chino's burning). The Pa system is awesome. The engineer (Paul Shortridge) is very knowledgeable and has the house tone dialed in for any band expressing their style on stage.I was so impressed by the place I started going to the open mic nights on Mondays. And to top it off, the food is freaking awesome! This place is a must if you like good original music, great good and a super friendly atmosphere.“
“Love my local brewery! They have the best bartenders! Sometimes they host special events and even have a special VIP program that gives you access to exclusive brews. If I wasn't gluten-free, I would have signed up a long time ago! Lol Also, they have plenty of parking available so that's always a plus!Although they don't serve food, they do have a food truck parked in front of the brewery and they allow you to bring your food into the bar. Sometimes they have different food trucks so check their instagram for the most current lineup. Overall, it's a great place to try local beers with friends in the Richmond Area.“
“Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex. We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft & silky inside. We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish. Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Two things to know, parking can be a challenge as it is a busy area (there are multiple restaurants and shops in the complex, plus Ranch 99) and if you pay in cash, you get a free mini ice cream.“
“Hey, y'all! I visited Maya's on a coworkers suggestion and I was very pleased! I ordered the Carnitas Burrito, and it was GOOD! I asked for light rice and light on the beans. The tortilla was crusty and brown. I ate it about an hour later, and the Burrito ? was still in good "chomping" shape. ? It was not damp or mushy. I almost ordered the nachos, but did not want to be greedy. ? That'll be my choice on the next visit. I have passed by the establishment before, but I just did not have the time to visit. The staff (lady at the register) was nice and helpful with my questions. It's a must stop!Parking: Busy spot with other businesses nearby. Folks were parked in the street to place orders.“
“Gotta give props to Curbside Kitchen and their flavorful Filipinx inspired burgers! Love how they are representing the PI culture and their food truck is conveniently available next to Armistice Brewery, which has great ambiance. Perfect food pairing with beer! The owners are nice and it took about 10 min for them to whip up my signature Curbside burger, which has Tocino (Filipino bacon) and it was absolutely delicious and filling. The beef patty was hot and flavorful, the brioche bun was a nice bite, the pickled veggies gave a nice acid pop to tickle the tastebuds- everything was hot and fresh and the portion was just enough. Will try their lumpia and other items when I'm back - they also do catering with an extended menu!“
“This place is vibing! Delicious coffee, energetic atmosphere and also good space for connecting to internet and getting work done.I compare coffee shops based on the decaf oatmilk latte. It was dense, strong and flavorful.A great gem in East Bay. The staff were also very kind, friendly and cheerful. They also have some mixed tastes that I haven’t tried and would like to give it a shot next time!“
“Does well as delivery. Garlic noodles with extra chicken was tasty, not overwhelming or overly greasy. The extra chicken portion was generous. Egg rolls were crisp snd flavorful. Thai iced tea with oat milk hit the spot, is not overly sweet, and I really appreciate that PraJam has 3 milk options to choose from (Half & Half, Oat, and Coconut). The weakest link was the mango & sticky rice: tasty, good and generous mango, but the rice was not as sticky as I like it. Rice also could have used more sesame seed topping, but it was still yummy. Prices were sometimes a little high (nearly $11 for mango&sticky rice), but not terribly so. Glad this place has opened in my neighborhood.“
“I am thoroughly impressed with the Krispy Krunchy Chicken spot located inside my local convenience store. Its close proximity to my residence makes it a convenient dining option, enhanced by the availability of various snacks and essentials within the store itself. The staff at this establishment are efficient and courteous, ensuring prompt service without compromising on quality. The chicken here consistently exceeds my expectations, always cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I am particularly fond of their honey mustard dipping sauce, which adds a delightful tanginess to the crispy chicken. Additionally, the jambalaya stands out as a highlight on the menu, offering a perfect balance of spice and flavor. The honey biscuits and honey blueberry biscuits are delectable accompaniments to the chicken, while the potato wedges are a hit with my kids for their quick and satisfying snack. Personally, I recommend the chicken tenders for their juicy tenderness and exceptional taste. In conclusion, Krispy Krunchy Chicken provides a delightful dining experience with its flavorful offerings and efficient service. Whether you're in the mood for crispy chicken tenders or a spicy jambalaya, this spot has something to satisfy every palate. I highly recommend giving it a try for a truly enjoyable dining experience.“
“DAMN GOOD MEXICAN FOOD! I don't care what anyone says in the reviews, anyone giving this place less than a 4.5 does not know what they are talking about. This place is literally one of the only good places to eat authentic Mexican food. Their regular burritos are 10.95 and they are literally the size of other restaurants that charge you 13$ for "super" burrito and them shi be nasty. Bomb ahh asada fries, the guacamole is so good, it has a perfect mix of lime, pepper, salt and avocado. The tacos taste the same as the ones do in mexico, you want authentic? This place has tacos that are literally the same thing that they sell in Mexico, literally where tacos come from! (Specifically the ones from guadalajara, those are the ones it reminds me of). Burritos are fantastic. The asada is the best from every other taco place. If you want to find a better place you have to drive at least 30 more minutes south/southwest. This is an honest review by a real Mexican, not a gringo that only knows shell tacos and chimichangas.“
“10 stars! I went to a going away party at the winery on Sunday and realized after I got home that one of my diamond earrings was missing. Left a voicemail and the owner Kevin called me back within 10 minutes, told me he was headed to the winery on a holiday Monday and would look for my earring. He also thoughtfully asked where we had parked and whether I had been in the restroom so he could look there.HE.FOUND.IT! Called me back, made arrangements for me to pick it up and refused my offer of a reward. Restored my faith in humanity. Please give Kevin and Barbara your business, they are good people!“
“Found this place by accident. Everyone here, both employees and park visitors alike, is friendly towards both humans and dogs. The club was quite delicious, and Copper just gave compliments (a la belch) to the chef of his hot dog! And the view is quite picturesque.“
“What a fabulous little Goldmine this place is. Directly on the backside of the crane pavilion in Richmond. It is a true delight. The atmosphere along with the antique assembly lines are amazing. And the food is absolutely fabulous. The servers are wonderful. And you will really enjoy going here..“
“I had been a costumer many years back when they opened up in Point Richmond, it was ok then but they have improved, later I discovered the one in El Sobrante and I really enjoyed the food and those hazy IPAs, Rochelle is a find lady I recommend going, the only issue that I don't like is that they are closed on Saturday evenings“
“We ordered asada tacos. They were fresh and the portions of meat were a generous amount. The tacos also had great flavor. Despite this being a taco truck, it is a nice patio out door set up with an ample seating area. Outdoor heaters to keep you warm and palm tree decor. Although the lady taking the order wasn't too friendly, the service was fast. Rated a 5 for being a taco truck !“
“While many restaurants close by 8 or 9 pm these days, this place stays open til 10pm. This was the first time to get food here so we kept it simple. Bbq Pork Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein, and Cashew Chicken. Not bad! Food flavor with lots of pork pieces in the fried rice and a good amount ofeat with the cashew chicken. The chow mein could've had more chicken but still decent. We paid about $40 for all which we didn't think was too bad. Overall, food was good and might become our late night goto Chinese restaurant even if it isn't "that" late night!“
“Very cute little marina. Off the beaten path, the drive out there is super mysterious and I thought we were lost, maybe going to end up in some murder mystery. But it was sunny and full of spring flowers and great music. Definitely worth an adventure.“
“Me and my friend got caramel frappechinos.Drinks were very goodService was great, but they somehow misspelled my 2 letter name (not upset, i think it's funny)Music was great and loud, just how I like it. The inside and outside are very clean.I didn't get anything with pickles, so I will not be putting a pickle rating on this review. 0/5 pickles :(.Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, they have vegetarian options on the menu. If you're vegan, they also have milks made of oats and nuts and stuff.Dietary restrictions: They have different milks, if you're lactose intolerant or have a dairy allergy.Parking: Average sized parking lot, gets crowded when busy.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp and a wide door, as well as wheelchair accessible tables.“
“Stopped by randomly during a commute from SSF to Vallejo on a week day. A friendly gentleman was running the place. I ordered the traditional acai bowl which was $13 for a small size. It was different from other acai bowls I've had as it had condensed milk and powdered milk. I loved condensed milk and powdered milk as a kid - so my inner child was jumping for joy as I ate the entire thing. It was topped with fresh bananas and strawberries. Delicious. Would come back here to support this small business. Bathroom was clean too.“
