Apola makes one of the best gyros. With a ton of choices I chose spicy hummus sauce with feta, tomatoes, purple onions, spicy aioli sauce, French fries with beef and lamb shavings. The owner was there helping out and the girl that served me was very friendly. This is a great restaurant if you are looking for fresh, healthy food. There are many choices and menu items are customizable! I would give 5 stars for taste alone, but the customer service could be better. The women and older man who have served me were nothing but helpful and friendly, but the one other man who has served me is always extremely rude. Definitely worth the money! I always get the shrimp pita (The Works) with half Tzatziki and half fiery feta w/cucumbers and it’s always so amazing! If you’re ever at the Tyler Mall; give this place a try. The service is great as well!
