“Friend took me here for the first time and expectations were exceeded. Mango lassi is delicious and refreshing. I got chicken tikka and lamb karahi with extra naans. Delicious food, great portions, and very nice service. You could be waiting a while for the food but it came out piping hot and fresh! Definitely going “
“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been coming here for almost 2 years now & everything is amazing. I usually order a 2 skewer plate with lamb & chicken & it’s always so delicious! Everything is always so fresh! I eat here at least once a week.“
“Best shawarma and shawarma fries. I loved the sauces and the meat was high quality and good. It is worth going to and the prices are really good for the amount of food given. I recommend everyone to come. Best middle eastern food in California.“
“This is some of the finest rotisserie chicken I've ever had. The potato salad is awesome though their beans could use some work lol .I was recently introduced to this last month with a friend who had come down and would stay in the area. We ended up getting chicken there cuz they're right next to that laundromat and next thing you know we are coming back every week. We even bypassed in and out to have their chicken that particular week. It's a great price, awesome tenderness in the chicken none of it was dry, and they actually offer pita bread which was the pleasant surprise. Not too sure what was going on with the staff ...they seem to be a bit apprehensive. In our four to five visits we had someone different each and every time and I felt as if they were either trying to do us a favor or they were counting down the hours till they got off work Needless to say the food was still first rateDefinitely going back again.“
“Im a ucr student and I love this place!! The pita chips are sooo delicious. Every time I go the staff is so friendly that I’m honestly thinking about applying. The manager and supervisors are so helpful. I had an incident where I ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and understanding. If you want great service and food, make sure to check it out! ?“
“Apola makes one of the best gyros. With a ton of choices I chose spicy hummus sauce with feta, tomatoes, purple onions, spicy aioli sauce, French fries with beef and lamb shavings. The owner was there helping out and the girl that served me was very friendly. The side salad was fresh, while the gyro was delicious, the atmosphere was a bit noisy because you’ll be sitting in the food court. There was a guy going around cleaning up after people left. So I can say the tables were clean with no trash left behind. If you’re ever at The Tyler Mall go check them out. Oh and last time when I went with my nephew he got a military discount and the owner said they also give discounts to the firefighters. This is a business I will come back to visit. Love the food and the respect the business has for the men and women that serve our country.“
“Introduction-This is a Pakistani restaurant. But, they serve some Indian dishes also. As an Indian Asian, this is an average restaurant for me.Quality & experience-The food quality is of course good, but the taste of the dishes are so & so. I believe the owner sits as the cashier & she is a good person. If you don't know about the dishes or have a specific desire for a dish or taste, take her help. She'll guide you to enjoy your meal. If you want to try out Indo-Pak food or first timer, this could be an try-out restaurant for you. The place is clean & tidy. Have seperate restroom for men & ladies and they are cleen. Have plenty of sittings.Menu & price-They don't have a menu. So, you won't be able to know the name, how it is prepared, what is/are in it & the price of the dish. Be assure, most (95℅) of the pulaow (basmati rice), biriyani, meat, kabab, veggie, and daal (lentils) dish items price are $12.99 to $15.99 and enough for 2 person. If you have a big appetite, then 1 order is more than enough. Garlic butter Naan is $6.99. Lassi is $3.99. Their serving portion is more than other Indo-Pak restaurants.Buffet-Sunday is the best day to go as they have the buffet for $15.99 per person from 12 pm to 4 pm. Other days of the week are Ala cart (by order only).Business hours-Their regular business hours are from 12pm to 8pm. But I suggest going earlier/ daytime, as the location swarms with homeless people.Location-Located in a nice and quiet part of Riverside close to freeway. Also closed by homeless people's living area. It has a nice view of mountains. Has a lot of free parking & is wheelchair accessible.“
“First time here. I had the MINI BABA COMBO. I've been to many Nashville chicken restaurants and this one was ok. Not bad. But was probably last on all I've been to. I ordered hot level and it was not hot at all. The side I chose was macaroni and cheese, and it was good. Service was good. Baba' is located at the food lab in Riverside. So there are many other places to choose from as well. It's pretty loud inside but there's a lot of outside seating as well that is not loud.“
“Great food with quick service. The food is flavorful. I will be visiting New York in a few months and I will be comparing tasting notes from their original locations which are the food carts in NYC. The location is clean. I had taken our food to go. I could have used more garlic in the hummus, but that is just me.“
“Best restaurant and best mediterranean food ever, super neat, very tasty food and warm family service.. The chef, "Taha", and owner at the same time, is soo talented and he always suprises us with new unique delicious fusion. They took the mediterrenean cuisine into a higher end! Just love it!!“
