My wife and I ate at this IHOP yesterday afternoon. I must compliment the only server working, Valeria. Despite being overwhelming busy, she did a miraculous job with guest service. Dedication to restaurant business and guest service is rare these days. Valeria should be coaching all staff on hospitality.
My husband and I love our neighborhood IHOP! We come here every Saturday morning and really enjoy the food, friendly and efficient service and such wonderful staff. We love to be seated in Carmen and Gaby's section. They greet us with a smile and check on us throughout our meal to refill our drinks or get us anything we need. They make each meal a delightful experience. We want to commend everyone here for always going above and beyond and providing excellent service every time.

We visited on a Saturday night after a cheer competition at MLK High School. It was around 9 pm, and they were cleaning up from the day. Only one server, a cook, and a busboy/dishwasher. We asked if they were open since there was only one table being served. The server said yes and sat us down. Several other cheer families arrived a bit later, too. We ordered Eggs Benedict, chicken strips & fries, and a bacon burger with onion rings. The Eggs Benedict were way over cook (hard)....read full review
