“God Dang!!!! This Ramen is legit! Lived 5 years in Japan teaching English. (Ibaraki-ken/Tokai-mura) I can tell you this ramen is on par. Please come and support this place. I see a lot of sushi spots steering away from keeping ramen on their menus. On a cold day there is nothing better! Oh and that pork cutlet steals the show. Perfectly cooked! The sushi here was absolutely incredible. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality of the fish was excellent, and every roll we tried exceeded our expectations. The chefs clearly take pride in what they do, and the food alone would definitely bring us back.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by something we couldn’t ignore. While we were dining, we overheard the manager training several new employees. Constructive coaching is one thing, but the way he spoke to them came across as rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily harsh. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and the customers.

A restaurant can have amazing food, but a healthy organizational culture matters too. Employees deserve to be trained with respect, and the way leaders communicate sets the tone for the entire workplace. I genuinely hope management reflects on this because the kitchen is doing an outstanding job, and the staff deserve leadership that builds them up rather than tears them down.

I still highly recommend the food, but I also hope the restaurant takes steps to create a more positive and supportive work environment. We also learned that the manager at this time is the cousin of the owner of this restaurant.“

“I had an incredible experience dining here recently. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better.

The baked mussels were a highlight, perfectly topped with bright orange roe and sliced scallions. I could not get enough of them. The entire meal was fresh, flavorful, and presented with such care. I will definitely be coming back soon for another round.“

Super delicious broth and one of the waitress was super nice, we asked if the amount of noodles was enough or if she recommends to add more (cuz yeah, we are big backs) haha, and she said that the amount of noodles in the ramen it’s more than enough (so we didn’t ordered extra noodles) and when she came with our order, she brought us extra noodles “on the house” :) that was super nice.
