The asada and pastor are both very flavorful and juicy. Service is relatively quick for their line of about 5-7 people at a time. Ambiance is basically a freeway off ramp dirt lot. “First time visiting this Food Lab and I have to say I made the perfect choice. These tacos were great. Fresh, full of meat, and flavor. If I wasn’t so full I probably would have had more. Plus the service was top notch, super kind and our entire transaction was bilingual the way a Chicano restaurant is meant to be. Props to the staff for a great experience! “Tacos y Mas is never a disappointment. I was fortunate to find this in 2021 but have lived out here since 2015. Sadly my hubby who I lost to Covid in January 2021 didn't get to try it but I know he would of been very satisfied. My boys love it. They are good eaters so when I treat I have to do it once a month. We can spend a good $50 bucks. Their tacos are always on point. My boys are fans of their AL Pastor tacos, burrito, and tortas. I love the tacos. The tater tots are delicious they come with a cheese sauce, carne asada, chorizo, bacon a feast to feed at least 4 so that's a side item to share. The folks are so friendly and when something goes wrong they always make it right. You won't be disappointed. Give them a try and find out yourself. You will be back just like me.“
“Came here to get a papa with chorizo & shrimp for the second time! Parking is a bit hectic cause you’re parking on a dirt road but besides that it’s not too bad. I believe we only waited 15-20min max for our papas(3, but only shown two in video)while it was pretty packed for a Sunday. Cashier & servers were very nice so if you like loaded potatoes I’d highly recommend. They also have aguas frescas, as well as Asada /bacon for other choices of meat. Enjoy!“

I work from home and ordered Lunch from your guys a few times and each time something was sold out you called and let me know before the pick up person even gets there. That is helpful and does not waste time. The food is always good IMO, I Hope you the best and hope you can setup in Fontana again in the near Future.“
