Food is good. All homemade. Service was quick. I ordered the shredded beef flautas, presentation was awesome; taste was good. I also tried the cheese and mixed popusas, they were delicious-not greasy!! Will come back. Decor was nice. Has two big tvs.
Cesar's may not be the flashiest Mexican joint in town, but boy, do they know how to whip up some enchiladas that'll make your taste buds do the salsa!
